The potus plant (Epipremnum aureum) is a houseplant found in many houses.

Especially because it adapts perfectly to different temperatures (not extreme), does not require too much humidity or even too much light, although it is advisable not to put it in the shade.

It is the perfect plant to put in a pot and place it next to a window, in public offices and in other places where people who do not suffer from this type of environment circulate.

It has an important peculiarity: it gives off buds or shoots that "stick" to the stick that we normally use so that they curl upwards.

If we cut off a piece of the branch or stem that contains these buds (we can do it without damaging the plant, since it expands quite quickly) and we place it in a container with water like the ones we see in the photos, we will see how after a certain time they begin to develop roots.

The time for this is approximately 30-60 days.

Once the roots have reached a length of 5-10 cms approximately we can transplant them in a pot with soil and we will have a new potus plant.

The hanging branches can be harmoniously distributed with a structure of round sticks wrapped in sisal twine or directly purchased in stores.
