Late start of work day.
Daylight cycle near ending, so i decided to check up on the drifter, and what he was up to.
Got some work done, expanding his living area. The station i provided was small. I guess we'll see how the new station does against attack drones. He was warned, though.
With the few sunlight left in the day, tackled the job of grinding down a large ship which i had found a few days earlier, in orbit.
This cargo ship was unfortunately empty, but abandoned and up in flames, orbiting the moon. Couldn't let it just stay there; had to take advantage of using up it's materials for recycling, so i gently crashed it down onto the moon's surface.
A big job, but worth the work. Tons of material to be had. Recycling not only allows less mining and drilling, but also avoids pirate scavengers from landing on Europa and potentially attacking the station.
Found myself gazing up at Mars, as if i had nothing else to do.
Got attacked while transporting the ship's remains to the station's grinder.
Possible retaliation for the military outpost i hit the day before today.
It's game on then; if they want war, i'll give them war.
Just a quick fixing of my ship, increasing it's armor.
Station is defended, they can send their attack ships.
I'll happily take them off their hands.
As for ground outposts, any faction that shoots on sight, i'll see that they won't operate any longer.
Will need to build up a healthy amount of ammo, however. For this, i need to head into orbit, and find more precious minerals.
