Painting, an art to relax the mind 🎨🖌️

Hola hola gente bonita de hive, paso por aquí el día de hoy para compartirles esta pintura que realicé

Cuando tengo muchas cosas en la mente me deteengo un poco, y dejo que las pinturas hagan la magia. Realmente me desconecto y relajo en cada pincelada.

Estoy en una etapa donde las decisiones que tomo marcan el ritmo de mi vida, estoy muy enfocada en seguir creando la vida que quiero vivir, y a veces hay pensamientos intrusivos que me hacen dudar, es ahí cuando la música, la costura y la pintura me devuelven la paz.

Al principio, cuando empecé a pintar, las siluetas se me complicaban muchísimo, pero poco a poco he ido mejorando, por acá les dejo el paso a paso.

Utilicé cartón, lápiz, borrador y pinturas en colores primarios, luces y sombras.

Empecé pintando el fondo un tono gris, con toques más oscuros. Después marqué la silueta en negro, y empecé a rellenar dando un poco de luz con blanco, amarillo, oscuridad con negro y marrón avinado.

A medida que iba agregando pintura, iba cambiando el plan y este fue el resultado. Me gustó bastante aunque creo que le haría algunos cambios, o simplemente haré otra con las correcciones. Sea cual sea el caso, me disfruté bastante el proceso.

Espero poder embarcarlo, o empezar a pintar en lienzos en lugar de cartón, mi vida esta en un constante avance y estoy trabajando duro para mantener el ritmo, mientras sigo disfrutando la magia de lo simple.

Hello hello beautiful people from hive, I stopped by today to share this painting that I did today.

When I have a lot on my mind, I have a little, and I let the paints do the magic. I really disconnect and relax with each brushstroke.

I am at a stage where the decisions I make set the pace of my life, I am very focused on continuing to create the life I want to live, and sometimes there are intrusive thoughts that make me doubt, that is when music, sewing and painting me they return peace.

At the beginning, when I started to paint, the silhouettes were very complicated for me, but little by little it improved, here I leave you the step by step.

I used cardboard, pencil, eraser and paints in primary colors, lights and shadows.

I started by painting the background a gray tone, with darker touches. After I marked the silhouette in black, and I began to fill in giving a little light with white, yellow, dark with black and wine brown.

As I was adding paint, I was changing the plan and this was the result. I liked it a lot, although I think I would make some changes to it, or I'll just do another one with the corrections. Whatever the case, I quite enjoyed the process.

Hopefully I can ship it, or start painting on canvas instead of cardboard, my life is constantly moving forward and I'm working hard to keep up, while I continue to enjoy the magic of simplicity.
