Today, I'm excited to share my new artwork for Holozing . For the first time I drew zingu, so I made sure to approach it with great care and attention to detail.
About Zingu's Design , in my art Zingu doesn't have a childish look at all. He's quite fatty similar to me and in the picture he stands confidently and aggressively on a floating ice platform. For inspiration I based Zingu's design on a picture of Prinplup, a Pokémon that shares a similar vibe to Zingu. While I took some ideas from Prinplup's this Image I made sure to recreate Zingu in my own unique way.
I used Illustrator to create this artwork. I started with a rough sketch to establish Zingu's body shape and stance. Once the outline felt right, I added cleaner lines, focusing on perfecting the details of Zingu and the ice-themed background.
Covered the entire art with deep gray color. Next, I added blue and white tones—zingu's body color is inspired by the original holozing design, while the background and other elements follow a natural color scheme. I wanted give the zingu to the icy environment.
To increase the visual appeal, I added glowing effects, especially in the blue part of the design. This added touch gave the artwork a vibrant and dynamic look, making zingu seem ready to work in this cool landscape.
