Hey everyone . How are you all? I’m back with my third #Zingtober post, and today I’m excited to share my entry for Zingtober Day 4: Exotic Art. This time, I’ve created a vibrant fan art of a grass-type dragon. In this piece, the dragon is peacefully sleeping under a tree, surrounded by a gentle breeze with leaves floating around.
Not only this, I also changed the body of the dragon, my dragon body is much larger compared to the original, giving it a majestic appearance similar to the elegant Chinese dragons we often see in movies. Although I made these changes, the core concept of the dragon remains the same .
What did I get the idea of making it from? Before I started this art I took ideas from some art among which I found this art reference very good and exotic. That's why I'm following this style.
For this piece, I initially drew it in Adobe Illustrator and later experimented with color. I even created a black-and-white version using Photoshop, which added a unique charm to the artwork. The process was a lot of fun, and I enjoyed experimenting with the various design elements.
