Today I share with you my Fan Art version of the nature curator, a character that from the first moment I was very interested in drawing, being an element full of colors and beauty.
This time I wanted to capture a little more the beauty of this character in my Pixel Art style drawing only her face, reflecting a tender, striking and calm look, the work time of this drawing has been a total of 12 hours, which I dedicated in my free time.
It has a size of 800x800 and valued with the same colors of the original image, one of the things that if it cost me a little to work, is in the area of the hair, since I always take my time in making it and that I was the best way.

El día de hoy les comparto mi versión Fan Art de la curadora de la naturaleza, un personaje que desde el primer momento me llamo mucho la atención de dibujar, siendo de un elemento lleno de colores y belleza.
Esta vez quería captar un poco más la belleza de este personaje a mi estilo Pixel Art dibujando solamente su rostro, reflejando una mirada tierna, llamativa y tranquila, el tiempo de trabajo de este dibujo ha sido un total de 12 horas, el cual le dedicaba en mis ratos libres.
Posee un tamaño de 800x800 y valorizado con los mismos colores de la imagen original, una de las cosas de las que si me costó un poco trabajar, es en el área del cabello, ya que siempre me tomo mi tiempo en realizarlo y que me quedara de la mejor forma.

Making a character with frontal position for me does not represent any difficulty, since I have practiced so much this pose that I can already visualize a little in my mind how each of the structures of the face are, so I started with a normal sketch with strokes following the shape and style of this character, creating first a circle with the help of a tool in the program I use for drawing and from there, create each of the spaces, such as the face and hair.
The first image that you see on the left side is the pulse that I have without any help from the program to create the lines, but on the right side, we have now the lines much neater, because here if you eat to use the tools that my drawing program has, so I did what we call the lineart, lines drawn perfectly without affecting the pulse of the draftsman, in this case, my person, because my digital pulse is horrible hahaha.

Hacer un personaje con posición frontal para mí no representa ninguna dificultad, ya que he practicado tanto esta pose que ya puedo visualizar un poco en mi mente en como are cada una de las estructuras del rostro, así que comencé por un boceto normal con trazos siguiendo la forma y el estilo de este personaje, creando primero un círculo con la ayuda de una herramienta en el programa que uso para dibujo y a raíz de ahí, crear cada uno de los espacios, como por ejemplo el rostro y el cabello.
La primera imagen que ven del lado izquierdo es el pulso que tengo sin ningún tipo de ayuda por el programa para crear las líneas, pero del lado derecho, tenemos ahora las líneas mucho más prolijas, ya que aquí si comerse a usar las herramientas que mi programa de dibujo tiene, así que hice lo que nosotros llamamos el lineart, líneas trazadas perfectamente sin que afecte el pulso del dibujante, en este caso, mi persona, ya que mi pulso en digital es horrible jajaja.

After having finished with the first part of my drawing, comes the second part which is to give value to my drawing, starting first with the light tones, always respecting the colors of the original character, in this case, the character has long green hair, green eyes and a tender look, so I tried to recreate the same.
One of the things that I detected from the original character, is that he has a part of his bangs of a lighter green color, you could say that it is an apple green color, so I wanted to use the same color and give the character that personality as the reference image.
After adding all the flat colors, I started to work on the depths of the eyes, at first I felt like leaving it like that, as you can notice in the image on the upper right side of this text, the eyes I valued them in 4 types of colors, white for the brightness, dark green for the shadow, light green for the gradient, and apple green for the light according to the position of the character.

Luego de haber terminado con la primera parte de mi dibujo, viene la segunda parta que es darle valor a mi dibujo, comenzando primero con las tonalidades claras, respetando siempre los colores del personaje original, en este caso, el personaje posee un largo cabello de color verde, ojos verdes y una mirada tierna, así que intente recrear lo mismo.
Una de las cosas que detecte del personaje original, es que tiene una parte de su flequillo de un color verde más claro, podría decirse que es de un color verde manzana, así que quise usar el mismo color y darle al personaje esa personalidad como la imagen de referencia.
Después de agregar todos los colores planos, comencé a trabajar en las profundidades de los ojos, al principio tenía ganas de dejarlo así, como pueden notar en la imagen del lado derecho superior de este texto, los ojos los valorice de 4 tipos de colores, blanco para el brillo, verde oscuro para la sombra, verde claro para el degradado, y verde manzana de la luz según la posición del personaje.

When I finished working with the eyes, I started to work with the most difficult part of this drawing, the depths and highlights of the hair, honestly I had no idea how to do it, so I had to take my time adding the depths and highlights little by little and erase until I was satisfied with the results, to inspire me and as a starting point in this part, I completely valued the fringe that has apple green color.
After having this part ready, I began to work with the rest of the hair, I worked more hours on the hair than the rest of the drawing, it was not easy, but even so, I took my time to make everything look good, I have always had difficulty to value the hair, as it always tends to give volume to the drawing and make the character as striking as possible.

Al terminar de trabajar con los ojos, comencé a trabajar con la parte más difícil de este dibujo, las profundidades, e iluminaciones del cabello, sinceramente no tenía ni idea de como hacerlo, así que he tenido que tomarme mucho mi tiempo agregando las profundidades y reflejos poco a poco y borrar hasta quedar satisfecho con los resultados, para inspirarme y como punto de partida en esta parte, valorice completamente el flequillo que tiene de color verde manzana.
Luego de tener esta parte lista, comencé a trabajar con el resto del cabello, fueron más las horas de las que trabaje en el cabello que el resto del dibujo, no fue nada fácil, pero aun así, me tome mi tiempo para que todo me quedara bien, siempre he tenido dificultad para poder valorizar el cabello, ya que siempre tiende a darle volumen al dibujo y hacer que el personaje sea lo más llamativo posible.

After finishing with the hair, I noticed that there was a part that looked strange, and it was the lack of the shoulders of the character, because if I left it as it looked before, the character would look as if he had a long neck, so I adjusted a little that part and added what was missing.
Next, I started to work with the shadows of the face, adding a little darker tones to the skin tone, I also noticed that something else was missing in the face of my character, I felt that it looked strange, so I noticed that in the part of the eyes I had not added the pupil, with this addition I changed a little more the look of my character, so I thought it was excellent to have added it, sometimes small details make big differences.

Después de terminar con el cabello, me fijé que había una parte que se veía extraño, y es la falta de los hombros del personaje, ya que si lo dejaba a como se veía antes, el personaje se viera como si tuviera un cuello largo, así que ajuste un poco esa parte y le agregue lo que le hacía falta.
Seguidamente, comencé a trabajar con las sombras del rostro, agregando los tonos un poco más oscuros a la tonalidad de la piel, también note que le falta algo más al rostro de mi personaje, ya que sentía que se veía extraño, así que me fije que en la parte de los ojos no le había agregado la pupila, con este agregado le cambio un poco más la mirada de mi personaje, así que me pareció excelente haberlo agregado, a veces los pequeños detalles hacen grandes diferencias.
This way, I was able to finish my drawing, I added some extra details and used a black background to highlight the beauty of this character.
