Here I am with my 16th entry to Zingtober!
I am in the struggle to catch up, I have not missed a single day of the challenge and I want to keep it that way. It is not only an external challenge, but also a personal one, where: Will I be able to do it? is uncertainty. The corresponding word is number 16, being: Grungy.
I decided to take it more as:
Grungy: it is synonymous with dirty -specifically it is the slang used in English- or untidy.
I'm really satisfied with the result, I like the "dirty" or imperfect style, as I would prefer to call it. I present to you the Ocean Healer in a different version, but without losing that Holozing touch, her worn sweater and her loose hair make me love the "Grungy" version of this character.
Let's quickly see Drawing process:
I started with a sketch, it helps me better express what I think. After finding the pose, I moved on to a more decent outline. At the same time I polished it as much as I could. One of the areas I worked on the most was the hair, I alternated between different thicknesses with the smooth round feather brush. Another area where I dedicated myself to aiming for neatness was the face, I loved it. The outfit I chose was more casual, somewhat dirty and dark at the same time, it is a sexy off-the-shoulder t-shirt. I have done the outline with a brush called Watercolor Rough in different shades. The last thing was to add some shadows, lip gloss and more than love, haha. I love to draw.
