Hello friends of Hive ♥️ welcome to my blog to show you a new art project that I have done inspired by some of the characters of the Holozing community, a painting that I decided to call "fantastic ocean creatures" because basically there are the two Alpha creatures of the water element Walle and Waller respectively, and what you could say is an inspiration of the ocean healer, with some references to the original design. As I loved how the final result was I wanted to share the whole process, with much love for you, I hope you like it!

As always, before starting I like to share with you that first step before starting to paint, on a cardboard, on a canvas, cardboard, whatever you like, the initial process is the same, but, to make this design different from the rest, I wanted to change the background and for that what I did was to add light blue paint and with small strokes fill the entire background, leaving something similar to what I show you in the photo.

Once I have the background, and the drawing traced, now we move on to the paints, and as I like to paint from the lightest to the darkest color, I started using various shades of blue, between light and dark to play with the leftovers and lights and give that nice contrasting effect. In this step diluting the paint with water helps a lot 😊.

For the ocean creatures it was a little easier and faster because I already had the original devil's guide, but for the character inspired by the healer I needed a little imagination not to make it identical to the reference. So little by little I came up with ideas like the name of Holozing in the book, the medallion with the logo of the element, part of the clothes and also the blue tones that characterize this water element. Once I finished applying the tweezers, the only thing left to do was to use my special product, the frost that also acts as a protective glue for the paint, and once dry, this is how it would look like.
