✏️ ¡Hola queridos amigos de Hive! Espero se encuentren bien. El día de hoy compartiré con ustedes el dibujo final que he creado con los personajes que les he venido mostrando durante los últimos días/semanas.

Este ha sido mi mayor proyecto y mi mejor dibujo hasta ahora, por lo que llevarlo a cabo fue muy satisfactorio para mí. Este dibujo ha sido de un constante aprendizaje, tanto en conocimiento, como en técnicas, manejo de diferentes herramientas, etc. A lo largo del dibujo realicé unos cuantos cambios que creo que valieron la pena y ayudaron bastante en el resultado final.

Esta es la primera vez que hago la creación de personajes y hago un dibujo basado en ellos. Me gustó tanto el resultado que creo que a partir de ahora empezaré a usar esta técnica para crear mis futuras ilustraciones. Sin más nada que decir, pasemos con el proceso.

• ✏️ Hello dear friends of Hive! I hope you are feeling well. Today I will share with you the final drawing I have created with the characters I have been showing you during the last days/weeks.

• This has been my biggest project and my best drawing so far, so doing it was very satisfying for me. This drawing has been a constant learning process, both in knowledge, techniques, use of different tools, etc. Throughout the drawing I made a few changes that I think were worthwhile and helped a lot in the final result.

• This is the first time I create characters and make a drawing based on them. I liked the result so much that I think that from now on I will start using this technique to create my future illustrations. With nothing more to say, let's go through the process.

Bueno, una vez que tenía los personajes hechos, llegó la hora de hacer un boceto bien hecho y que combinara con cada uno de los personajes. Este boceto está basado en una idea que me dio mi pareja, así que todo una parte del crédito es para ella, jajaja. La idea era que los personajes principales trabajaran como madereros, así que me imaginé una escena donde saliera una cabaña, donde ellos vendían su madera, justo en la entrada de la cabaña hice a la mujer del personaje gordito y en el otro lado de la escena los hice a ellos saliendo a entregar un pedido. No los quise hacer con una pose normal, así que decidí hacer al niño saludando a la señora (luego de terminar el dibujo me di cuenta de que el que debía saludar a la señora era el marido, pero ya el dibujo estaba terminado, así que bueno, se quedó así jajaja). Justo en los alrededores de la casa agregué algunos árboles de pino, de ahí es donde sacan la madera. Y en la parte de los otros personajes quise agregar un molino, pero al final lo cambié por unos arbustos y un árbol. En la parte superior izquierda agregué algunas vayas, un tronco y otro amiguito sentado en tronco (los está viendo en secreto).

La composición es muy simple, el foco principal son los personajes, pero tiene varios elementos que dirigen la mirada a la cabaña de madera y la imagen te lleva en un círculo vicioso que hace que tardes bastante tiempo en dejar de mirarla.(O al menos eso creo).

Una vez que hice el boceto, comencé a aplicar el estudio de color. Quería unos colores muy únicos y brillantes, quería una escena bien alegre. Para ello decidí usar colores morados, rojos, verdes, marrones y algo de azul para zonas específicas.

• Well, once I had the characters done, it was time to make a well done sketch that matched each of the characters. This sketch is based on an idea my partner gave me, so all a part of the credit goes to her, hahaha. The idea was for the main characters to work as lumbermen, so I imagined a scene where there was a cabin, where they were selling their wood, right at the entrance of the cabin I made the woman of the chubby character and on the other side of the scene I made them going out to deliver an order. I didn't make them with a normal pose, so I decided to make the boy greeting the lady (after finishing the drawing I realized that the one who should greet the lady was the husband, but the drawing was already finished, so well, it stayed like that hahaha). Just around the house I added some pine trees, that's where they get the wood from. And in the part of the other characters I wanted to add a mill, but in the end I changed it for some bushes and a tree. In the upper left part I added some leaves, a log and another little friend sitting on a log (he is secretly watching them).

• The composition is very simple, the main focus are the characters, but it has several elements that lead the eye to the log cabin and the image takes you in a vicious circle that makes you take a long time to stop looking at it (or at least I think so).

• Once I did the sketch, I started to apply the color study. I wanted some very unique and bright colors, I wanted a very cheerful scene. For this I decided to use purples, reds, greens, browns and some blue for specific areas.

Antes de empezar a colorear, hice algunos cambios, uno de ellos es el que mencioné anteriormente, cambié el molino por el árbol y los arbustos, esto lo hice para que el árbol apunte a la dirección de la cabaña y lleve al espectador a esa zona, también ayudan mucho la pose del niño y la flecha que apunta hacia esa dirección. También moví un poco la cabaña hacia la derecha para agregar más árboles de pino y en la parte de abajo también moví un poco el tronco con el amiguito y añadí otro arbusto. Creo que esos cambios le dieron un cambio muy bueno al dibujo.

Una vez que había hecho los cambios empecé a colorear, para ello comencé por la cabaña y los árboles de pino, dibujar casas siempre es intrigante, no suelo dibujar casas, así que poco a poco voy aprendiendo como colorearlas y estructurarlas de buena manera, después de colorear la casa detallé el humo de la chimenea y aunque parezca algo insignificante, fue una de las cosas que más me gustaron del dibujo porque es algo que jamás había hecho.

Después de colorear la casa, empecé a detallar más el pasto y el camino que está justo en la entrada. Me tomé mi tiempo para agregar los detalles necesarios y valió la pena. Luego coloreé a la señora, sé que se ve un poco pequeña, pero ese es su tamaño jaja. También aproveché de adelantar algunas partes de la zona de abajo.

• Before I started coloring, I made some changes, one of them is the one I mentioned before, I changed the windmill for the tree and the bushes, I did this so that the tree points to the direction of the cabin and takes the viewer to that area, also the pose of the boy and the arrow pointing to that direction help a lot. I also moved the cabin a bit to the right to add more pine trees and at the bottom I also moved the trunk a bit with the little friend and added another bush. I think those changes made a nice change to the drawing.

• Once I had made the changes I started coloring, for this I started with the cabin and the pine trees, drawing houses is always intriguing, I don't usually draw houses, so little by little I am learning how to color them and structure them in a good way, after coloring the house I detailed the smoke from the chimney and although it seems something insignificant, it was one of the things I liked the most of the drawing because it is something I had never done before.

• After coloring the house, I started to detail more the grass and the path that is right at the entrance. I took my time to add the necessary details and it paid off. Then I colored the lady, I know she looks a little small, but that's her size haha. I also took the opportunity to advance some parts of the area below.

Para este paso terminé de colorear las cercas de madera de la zona inferior, realmente estoy muy contento con como quedaron, la madera se ve increíble. Después coloreé el tronco, al amiguito y al arbusto que está en ese lado. Cómo pueden ver, también agregué un par de flores muy bonitas, honestamente las flores quedaron muy bellas y me dio mucho dolor quitarlas, pero lamentablemente resaltaban mucho y llamaban bastante la atención, así que no podía dejarlas porque no podía tener otro elemento que llamase tanto la atención. Después de hacer quitado las flores me di cuenta de que el fondo de la cabaña estaba un poco vacío, así que decidí agregar un par de pinos más, uno a la izquierda y otro a la derecha.

La zona izquierda ya estaba terminada, así que empezamos con la zona derecha. Esta parte es mucho más rápida, ya que literalmente coloreé toda la parte de las cercas de madera, los arbustos, el árbol y el cielo jajajaj mi productividad aquí fue alta. Una vez terminada esa parte empecé a colorear el suelo, este es de tierra, así que no le agregué muchas plantas.

• For this step I finished coloring the wooden fences in the lower area, I am really happy with how they turned out, the wood looks amazing. Then I colored the trunk, the little friend and the bush on that side. As you can see, I also added a couple of very pretty flowers, honestly the flowers were very beautiful and it gave me a lot of pain to remove them, but unfortunately they stood out and attracted a lot of attention, so I couldn't leave them because I couldn't have another element that attracted so much attention. After removing the flowers I realized that the back of the cabin was a bit empty, so I decided to add a couple more pine trees, one on the left and one on the right.

• The left area was already finished, so we started with the right area. This part is much faster, as I literally colored the whole part of the wooden fences, the bushes, the tree and the sky hahahahahah my productivity here was high. Once I finished that part I started coloring the ground, this is dirt, so I didn't add many plants.

Para finalizar coloreé a los personajes, primero que empecé por el moradito, honestamente me tomé mi tiempo para colorear a los personajes, son el punto focal y deberían ser lo más detallado posible. Primero empecé coloreando el bolso con los tablones de madera, así que fui poco a poco detallando cada tablón para que cada uno tuviera el detalle suficiente. Luego coloreé el sombrero con forma de planta que también quedó muy bien. Por último, coloreé al personaje, detallando cada una de sus partes, las manos, la cara, el pantalón, etc.

Llegó la hora de colorear al personaje principal de este dibujo (que por cierto, su nombre es Leo) con él también empecé coloreando el bolso con los tablones de madera, a los cuales le agregué algunas ramas, luego coloreé el sombrero de la misma manera que el anterior. Colorear el rostro fue muy divertido, me gustó mucho y me está gustando hacer los ojos simples y el rubor también, el cabello quedó muy bien, y creo que se parece al original jaja. Para finalizar, me tomé mi tiempo y coloreé la ropa de Leo, fue un poco rápido porque estoy familiarizado a colorear suéter y bragas, por lo que debo cambiar de ropa con más frecuencia porque casi siempre hago la misma jaja, pero bueno, poco a poco.

• To finish I colored the characters, first I started with the purple one, honestly I took my time to color the characters, they are the focal point and they should be as detailed as possible. First I started by coloring the bag with the wooden planks, so I went little by little detailing each plank so that each one had enough detail. Then I colored the hat in the shape of a plant, which also looked very nice. Finally, I colored the character, detailing each of its parts, the hands, the face, the pants, etc.

• It was time to color the main character of this drawing (who by the way, his name is Leo) with him I also started coloring the bag with the wooden planks, to which I added some branches, then I colored the hat in the same way as the previous one. Coloring the face was a lot of fun, I really liked it and I'm liking doing the simple eyes and the blush too, the hair turned out great, and I think it looks like the original haha. To finish, I took my time and colored Leo's clothes, it was a little fast because I'm familiar to coloring sweater and panties, so I should change clothes more often because I almost always do the same haha, but well, little by little.
