Hola hola amigos 🥰 tiempo que no pasaba por aca!! Últimamente lo de las manualidades no se me da mucho, no ppr no querer o saber, sino por falta de tiempo. Pero hoy quiero mostrarles este disfraz hermoso que le hice a mi beba, reciclando una prenda intima, que por cierto fue un regalo que me hizo una amiga hace años jaja y yo jamas usé asi que aja😖😂 habia que hacer algo con ella, y estos carnavales fueron la excusa perfecta para encontrarle un uso!

But today I want to show you this beautiful costume I made for my baby, recycling an intimate garment, which by the way was a gift that a friend gave me years ago haha and I never used so aja😖😂 I had to do something with it, and these carnivals were the perfect excuse to find a use for it!

Yo este año no pude asistir a las comparsas, pero si me agradó la idea de disfrazar a mi niña, y como no tenia como comprar uno nuevo, decidí hacerle uno yo misma, asi como el año pasado le hice uno a mi niño de pirata jeje🥰 este año le tocó a mi Emita y fue un bello traje de muñeca que les mostraré su paso a paso a continuacion

Okey lo primero que hice fue buscar el babydoll y medirselo a mi beba para ver cuanto debia meterle a la faldita, hecho esto, la corté para la falda y le separe lo que era la parte del sosten

Okay the first thing I did was to find the babydoll and measure it to my baby to see how much I should put in the skirt, then I cut it for the skirt and separated the bra part.

Ahi me tocó meterle dos deditos y coserle por supuesto con el hilo rojo

I had to put two little fingers in it and sew it of course with the red thread.

El siguiente paso fue cortar las tiras para hacer los tirantes de la falda, puesto que de camisa le pondria una blanca que ella tiene y va muy bien con el disfraz ☺️ la idea era sacar 2 tiras pero con el retazo de tela que quedaba no era tan largo asi que corté 4 y los uní cosiendolos

The next step was to cut the strips to make the straps of the skirt, since I would put a white shirt that she has and it goes very well with the costume ☺️ the idea was to take out 2 strips but with the piece of fabric that was not so long so I cut 4 and sewed them together.

Luego era momento de hacer el gorro y para esto use un pañito tejido🤣🤣 para tener la medida exacta, aqui pueden ver a la modelo jaja

Then it was time to make the hat and for this I used a knitted cloth🤣🤣 to have the exact measurement, here you can see the model haha.

Ese paño lo puse sobre una especie de pareo que tiene el babydoll que en realidad parecia mas un disfraz de sirvienta que se yo jajaja pero bueno puse el pañito ahi y marqué con un lapicero donde debia cortar, como ven no quedó redondo redondo jaja pero bueno asi servia

That cloth I put it over a kind of pareo that has the babydoll that actually looked more like a maid costume that I know hahaha but well I put the cloth there and marked with a pencil where I should cut, as you can see it was not round round round haha but well so served

El faralao restante de la falda, lo piqué y lo cosí por la orilla del gorro, por supuesto de lado al reves

The remaining faralao of the skirt, I pieced it and sewed it around the edge of the cap, of course on the wrong side.

Luego de las orillas de lo que era el sosten, despegué la elastica para pegarla por dentro del gorro y al colocarselo le diera el efecto abondadito

After the edges of what was the bra, I peeled off the elastic to glue it inside the cap and when I put it on, I gave it a little buttoned effect.

Luego tocó pegar los tirantes a la falda y el paso final, hacer las clinejas que para mi fueron el toque final😍 para las clinejas corté muchas tiras de estambre que luego amarré con las liguitas, y cosí en el gorro🥰 y asi estuvo listo el disfraz que luce hermosamente mi chiquitica😍😍

Then it was time to glue the straps to the skirt and the final step, to make the hairpins that for me were the final touch😍 for the hairpins I cut many strips of yarn that I tied with the garters, and sewed on the hat🥰 and so was ready the costume that my little girl😍😍😍😍 looks beautifully.
