Hola amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, espero que todos estén muy bien, hoy quiero compartir con todos ustedes como restaurar un matero, muchas veces botamos las cosas cuando se nos rompe o dañan pero hay algunas cosas que podemos restaurarlas y siguen quedando hermosa y de provecho en el hogar, hoy restaure mi matero que mi esposo quería botar por estar roto y no solo se restauro sino que aproveche de sembrar una palmera que me habían regalado, vamos a ver como me quedo.
Materials:
Broken mat.
Silicone gun.
Screwdriver with spline.
Red tape.

The first thing I did was to glue the mat with silicone to keep it firm and then I turned on a stove burner and heated the screwdriver until it was red hot and the screwdriver went through the mat on each side of the groove it had, I did so up to the top leaving little holes all around the broken line.
Lo primero que hice fue pegar el matero con silicón para que mantuviera firme y luego encendí una hornilla de la cocina y coloque a calentar el destornillador hasta que quedara bien rojo de lo caliente y se atraviesa el destornillador en el matero a cada lado de la ranura que tenia, hice así hasta arriba dejando huequitos por todo alrededor de la línea rota.
Then we pass the ribbon through the two final holes and start weaving as we do with the braids of the shoes until we reach the end and we make a loop and thus the matero is restored.
Luego atravesamos la cinta por los dos huequitos finales y empezamos a tejer así como lo hacemos con las trenzas de los zapatos hasta llegar hasta el final y hacemos un lazo y así queda restaurado el matero.
Once the pot was ready, I took it to the patio and added soil prepared for planting, filled it and then introduced the palm tree and placed it in the front of the house, perfect for decorating and giving more joy to the home.
Ya con el matero listo lo lleve al patio y le agregue tierra preparada para sembrar, lo llene y luego introduje allí la palmera y la coloque en el frente de la casa perfecta para decorar y dar más alegría al hogar.
