Hace un par de días deseaba hacer manualidades pero no tenía una idea concreta y la verdad tampoco cuento con demasiados materiales para realizar las que en verdad quiero hacer. Sin embargo empecé a maquinar lo que podía hacer y recordé una idea que había visto montones de veces en redes sociales y que me pareció linda y sencilla de hacer: mis propios stickers✨
A few days ago I wanted to do some handcraft stuff but I didn't have a concrete idea and I don't really have too many materials to do what I really want to do. However, I began to plan what I could do and remembered an idea that I had seen lots of times on social media and that I thought was cute and easy to do: my own stickers✨
Así que hoy quiero compartirles paso a paso cómo hacer dichos stickers. Realmente es bastante sencillo y tenía todo lo necesario (aunque mi cinta estaba un poco vieja y usada). Estos son los materiales necesarios:
1.- Papel de calcar
2.- Papel blanco
3.- Cinta adhesiva transparente
4.- Colores y/o marcadores
5.- Tijera
So today I want to share step by step how to make these stickers. It really is pretty simple and I had everything I needed (although my tape was a bit old and used). These are the necessary materials:
1.- Tracing paper
2.- White paper
3.- Transparent adhesive tape
4.- Colors and/or markers
5.- Scissors
Para comenzar debes tomar el papel blanco y hacer los dibujos de tu preferencia. En mi caso decidí hacer pequeños dibujos de figuras sencillas: una luna, flores, una espada y el logo de Hive, entre otros✨.
To begin you must take the white paper and make the drawings of your choice. In my case I decided to make small drawings of simple figures: a moon, flowers, a sword and the Hive logo and some others✨.
Debes hacer el dibujo de un tamaño acorde al tamaño de la cinta adhesiva. La que yo tenía era pequeña por lo que mis dibujos también lo son.
You must make the drawing a size according to the size of the adhesive tape. The one I had was small, so my drawings were small too.
Después de esto se toma un pedazo de la cinta adhesiva y un pedazo del papel de calcar igualmente ambos acorde al tamaño. Así pegamos la cinta adhesiva al pedazo del papel sin presionarla mucho, justamente así:
After this you take a piece of the adhesive tape and a piece of the tracing paper both also equally according to the size. So now we stick the adhesive tape to the piece of paper without pressing it too much, just like this:
Luego colocamos el dibujo donde está la cinta y encima de esto colocamos otro pedazo de cinta adhesiva, así fijamos el dibujo. De nuevo, no hay necesidad de presionar mucho para pegarlos entre sí. Basta con apretar sólo un poco, así se nos hará más sencillo de usar luego.
Then we put the drawing where the tape is and on top of this we put another piece of tape, thus fixing the drawing. Again, there's no need to press hard to glue them together. It is enough to press just a little, so it will be easier to use later.
Cuando tenemos esto listo procedemos a recortar el excedente pero OJO, al recortar debemos dejar un pequeño borde alrededor del dibujo, puesto que nos permitirá pegar el sticker de forma más segura. Esto queda así:
When we have this ready, we proceed to cut the excess but BEWARE, when cutting we must leave a small border around the drawing, since it will allow us to stick the sticker more securely. This looks like this:
¡Y ahora podemos usarlo! ¿Cómo? Pues muy sencillo, sólo debes quitar el papel de calcar cuidadosamente. En este caso como la cinta adhesiva es muy manipulada quedan las marcas un poco visibles, tal como puedes apreciar aquí donde los pegué en una superficie de plástico negro:
And now we can use it! How? Well, very simple, you just have to carefully remove the tracing paper. In this case, as the adhesive tape is very manipulated, the marks remain a little visible, just like you can see here were I sticked them to a black plastic surface:
Así tenemos una forma sencilla y rápida de hacer stickers más personalizados y a bajo costo. Me parece que el resultado final queda bastante lindo, teniendo en cuenta que por supuesto, se verán algo distintos a los stickers normales. Si el papel no sale de forma adecuada cuando lo vayas a utilizar ¡no te preocupes! Simplemente puedes ir removiendo poco a poco el papel que haya quedado o también puedes humedecer sólo un poco el papel con uno de tus dedos con agua toca levemente el papel y será más sencillo de quitar ;)
So now we have a simple and fast way to make more personalized stickers at a low cost. It seems to me that the final result is quite nice, taking into account that of course, they will look a little different from a normal sticker. If the paper doesn't come out properly when you use it, don't worry! You can simply gradually remove the remaining paper or you can also just slightly moisten the paper with one of your fingers with water, lightly touch the paper and it will be easier to remove ;)
