Hello dear friends of #Hive 😁, I hope you are having a happy week. As you may well know it was recently February 14 "The day of love and friendship" 😍. A day to thank the loyalty of those who despite the adversities are there in good times and bad. The love of those whose presence makes us feel so fortunate to exist and be who we are and how not? A day to love each other, discover ourselves and value who we are too 😎. This time I want to thank @ivycrafts for inviting me to participate in this contest of #HiveDiy 😮. What she didn't imagine was that I had a Valentine's surprise prepared for her 🤭. Without further ado, here we go:
Hola queridos amigos de #Hive 😁, espero que estén teniendo una feliz semana. Como bien sabrán hace poco fue 14 de febrero “El día del amor y la amistad” 😍. Un día para agradecer la lealtad de aquellos que a pesar de las adversidades están ahí en las buenas y en las malas. El amor de quienes con su presencia nos hace sentir tan afortunados de existir y ser quienes somos y ¿Cómo no? Un día para amarse, descubrirse y valorar quienes somos también 😎. En esta oportunidad quiero agradecer a @ivycrafts por invitarme a participar en este concurso de #HiveDiy 😮. Lo que ella no se imaginó fue que tenía preparada una sorpresa de San Valentín para ella 🤭. Sin más vamos allá:
For this Valentine's Day arrangement we need 😀:
- A small box or basket (I used a wooden basket for this one).
- Tissue paper in 2 colors.
- Anime (Unicel).
- Sticks.
- 2 paper balloons.
- Cardboard.
- Glue (In my case, liquid silicone).
Para este arreglo de San Valentín necesitamos 😀:
• Una cajita o cesta. (Utilicé para esta una cesta de madera).
• Papel de seda en 2 colores.
• Anime (Unicel).
• Palitos.
• 2 globos de papel.
• Cartón.
• Pegamento (En mi caso, silicón liquido).
We start by cutting out strips of tissue paper at least 3 or 4 cm long. We are going to put these strips together as if it were an accordion to give it shape and we are going to glue them around the entire edge of the wooden box 🤔. For the part where the candy will be placed, we will glue an anime picture inside the box and we will disguise it with tissue paper, this can be folded, cut into strings, in small pieces, as you like. We are going to inflate the paper balloons so that they are very hard 🎈.
Comenzamos recortando tiras de papel de seda de al menos 3 o 4 cm. Estas tiras las vamos a juntar como si fuera un acordeón para darle forma y las vamos a ir pegando alrededor de todo el borde de la caja de madera. 🤔 Para la parte en donde irán los dulces que vamos a colocarle, vamos a pegarle un cuadro de anime dentro de la caja y vamos a disfrazarlo con papel de seda , este puede ir doblado, cortado en hilos, en pedacitos, como ustedes gusten. Vamos inflamos los globos de papel que queden bien duritos 🎈.
Next, we make a little sign with a piece of cardboard, we are going to cut it in a circle or any other shape you like and we are going to cover it with tissue paper to make it look pretty. For mine I used 2 shades of purple (Since this is her favorite color 💜 ) and I came up with a flower pattern. We finish by placing inside the balloon a writing that expresses how much we love that person. We glue both the balloons and the sign to 3 sticks, preferably of height or kitchen. In this case, I used recycled from nature hahaha... 😅 And ready, it only remains to assemble our arrangement by attaching the sticks to the anime and placing a few candies. Our arrangement is finished.
Seguidamente, realizamos un cartelito con un pedazo de cartón, lo vamos a recortar en círculo o la figura que más les guste y lo vamos a forrar con el papel de seda para que quede bonito. Para el mío utilicé 2 tonos de morado (Ya que este es su color favorito 💜 ) y se me ocurrió un patrón de flor. Finalizamos colocando dentro de este un escrito que exprese cuanto queremos a esa persona. Pegamos tanto los globos y el cartelito a 3 palitos, preferiblemente de altura o cocina. En este caso, usé reciclados de la naturaleza jajaja… 😅 Y listo, solo resta armar nuestro arreglo fijando los palitos al anime y colocando unos cuantos dulces. Nuestro arreglo está terminado.
I made 2 arrangements as you can see ✌🏻. Since my mom was so delighted that she asked me for one for her partner, so here we have both presentations, both for ladies and men 😊. Personally, it was very exciting to make these gifts, since with them we not only give recognition to the person we appreciate so much, but we also give them to understand without using words, how happy they make us feel and how valuable they are to us 💕. The great thing about this idea is that we can intersperse colors, play with the order of things like balloons or candies, add more balloons or make more elaborate signs. Hice 2 arreglos como se pueden dar cuenta ✌🏻. Ya que mi Mamá quedo tan encantada que me pidió uno para su pareja, así que aquí tenemos ambas presentaciones, tanto para dama como para caballero 😊. Personalmente, fue muy emocionante realizar estos presentes, puesto que con ellos no solo se da un reconocimiento a aquella persona que tanto apreciamos, sino que además les damos a entender sin usar palabras, cuan felices nos hacen sentir y lo valiosos que son para nosotros 💕. Lo grandioso de esta idea es que podemos intercalar colores, jugar con el orden de las cosas como globos o dulces, agregar más globos o hacer cartelitos más elaborados. Ya es cuestión de su imaginación 🎈. Un elaborado y lindo presente para ti que siempre estás presente. Feliz San Valentín, gracias por llegar a mi vida y siempre estar ahí 🥰.
