Saludos a todos los amantes de las manualidades y el reciclaje, hoy les quiero compartir como hice unos girasoles con papel periódico, la técnica es parecida a un tejido de papel, así que espero les guste.
Greetings to all lovers of crafts and recycling, today I want to share with you how I made some sunflowers with newspaper, the technique is similar to knitting paper, so I hope you like it.
Materiales/ Materials
- Periódicos viejos
- Tijera
- Pega blanca
- Palillo de altura
- Pintura al frío de color amarillo, verde y marrón o en su defecto los colores primarios para hacer mezclas.
- old newspapers

- white glue

- Cold paint in yellow, green and brown or, failing that, the primary colors to make mixtures.
Proceso/ Process
Tomar la hoja de papel periódico y doblarla en cuatro partes, cortar con la tijera, de eso modo por cada hoja doble del periódico se obtiene 4 tiras largas de papel. Tomar el palillo y enrollar el papel desde una esquina a la otra, al llegar al final pegar la punta. Así se obtienen los tubitos de papel que se necesitan para hacer las flores.
Take the sheet of newspaper and fold it into four parts, cut with scissors, that way for each double sheet of newspaper you get 4 long strips of paper. Take the toothpick and roll the paper from one corner to the other, at the end stick the tip. This is how the paper tubes needed to make the flowers are obtained.
Por cada flor se necesita cortar 8 tubitos de 16cm para los pétalos (recomiendo asegurar las los extremos con pega) colocarlos de dos en dos por el centro de forma superpuesta y pegar, quedará como una forma de asterisco.
For each flower you need to cut 8 16cm tubes for the petals (I recommend securing the ends with glue) place them two by two in the center overlapping and glue, it will be like an asterisk shape.
Cuando esté seco el pegamento, tomar un tubito de papel de los largos y pegar la punta detrás del centro, con este tubito rodear los pétalos de dos en dos siguiendo trayectoria circular, pasando por encina y por debajo, hacer dos rondas así. Si el tubito de papel se acaba no ha problema por que se puede unir otro como si fuera una tapa de un lapicero . Cuando se hayan hecho las dos rondas ahora se pegara otro tubito por tras del tubito anterior y se comenzará a pasar por encima y por debajo de cada uno de los pétalos alternando, es decir mientras un tubito va por arriba el otro va por debajo hasta hacer una ronda completa.

Al finalizar la ronda el tubito que quedó por delante se debe pasar para la parte de atrás de la flor , de este modo los dos tubitos se usan para crear el tallo, si quedan cortos se une otro tubito con explique anteriormente.
At the end of the round, the tube that was left in front should be passed to the back of the flower, in this way the two tubes are used to create the stem, if they are short, another tube is joined with the explanation above.
Con pinturas frío pintar los tallos de verde, los pétalos amarillo y el centro marrón .
With cold paints paint the stems green, the petals yellow and the center brown.
Resultado / Result
Esta es una manualidad muy buena porque no solo se usa material de reciclaje sino que también se ponen en práctica la coordinación y concentración, obteniendo unas lindas flores para adornar la casa u oficina.
