Well, for this installment I wanted to share something very interesting with all of you. You see, in my fridge I don't have too many interesting things, in fact my fridge is completely empty on the door, you can only see the brand of the fridge, so I had the idea of creating something interesting to decorate this area of my kitchen.
I decided on Pac-Man because I recently saw a movie where the character appeared and I thought it was interesting to make not only the main character, but also the antagonists of this yellow sphere that eats everything in its path, the little ghosts.

Bien, para esta entrega quise compartir algo muy interesante con todos ustedes. Verán, en mi refrigerador no tengo demasiadas cosas interesantes, de hecho mi refrigerador está completamente vacío en la puerta, solo se ve la marca del refrigerador, así que tuve la idea de crear algo interesante para adornar esta área de mi cocina.
Me decidí por Pac-Man porque hace poco vi una película en donde aparecía el personaje y me pareció cuando menos interesante hacer no solo al personaje principal, sino a los antagonistas de esta esfera amarilla que se come todo a su paso, a los fantasmitas.

As you can see in the video, I used materials that I usually use for the sculptures I make, only these are not sculptures but, as I said, they are small magnets for the fridge.
I used a cardboard as a base for each character, this will serve as a support to give it more strength, because plasticine is usually soft and if you don't put a support it won't last. That's why I used a thick cardboard and on this I placed the plasticine.
Como pueden ver en el video, utilicé materiales que suelo usar para las esculturas que acostumbro a hacer, solo que estas no son esculturas sino, como dije, son pequeños imanes para el refrigerador.
Usé una cartulina como base para cada personaje, esta servirá de soporte para darle mayor fuerza, pues la plastilina suele ser suave y si no se le coloca un soporte no durará. Por eso usé una cartulina gruesa y sobre esta coloqué la plastilina.

As they are basic coloured characters, I used plasticine of each colour to make them, instead of using a grey or brown colour and then painting it. This is because the plasticine will dry faster and the plasticine won't crack in any way because of the paint on it, as being on the fridge door, I will probably move them around a lot and they might even fall off, so it's better that they dry quickly.
Al ser personajes de colores básicos, usé plastilina de cada color para hacerlos, en lugar de usar un color gris o marrón y luego pintarlo. Eso porque así se secará más rápido la plastilina y no se cuarteará de ninguna manera la plastilina por tener pintura encima, ya que al estar en la puerta del refrigerador, seguramente los moveré mucho y hasta es probable que se caigan, así que mejor que se sequen rápido.

On the other hand, the details such as the eyes, mouth and pupil were also made with plasticine instead of painting them. I found it easier to make them with plasticine than to paint them, because I have to wait for the paint to dry and no, I found it more practical to use plasticine for this tutorial, after all the idea is to teach you how to make these little refrigerator images at home, either with your children or for yourselves.
Por otra parte, los detalles como los ojos, la boca y la pupila también los hice con plastilina en lugar de pintarlos. Me pareció más fácil hacerlos con plastilina que pintarlos, pues debo esperar a que se seque la pintura y no, me pareció más práctico usar plastilina para este tutorial, que al fin y al cabo la idea es enseñarles para que aprendan a hacer estos pequeños imagenes de refrigerador en sus casas, ya sea con sus niños o para ustedes mismos.
And as you can see on the cover, I made all the characters, because I didn't think it was a good idea to just make Pac-Man and leave him alone on the fridge door, so this is a kind of set with all the characters, so if you decide to make something like this, with other characters, the idea is that you make several characters to decorate, I'm sure you can create something great.
Y tal como pueden ver en la portada, yo hice todos los personajes, porque no me pareció buena idea simplemente hacer a Pac-Man y dejarlo solo en la puerta del refrigerador, así que este es una suerte de set con todos los personajes, así que si ustedes se deciden por armar algo así, con otros personajes, la idea es que hagan varios personajes para adornar, estoy seguro de que podrán crear algo genial.
