Hola querida comunidad, en estos días festivos podemos resolver algunos estrenos mediante la costura, a veces suele ser fácil; otras veces complicado o laborioso. En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes este Strapless con mangas adicionales, con una tela elastizada con un diseño super lindo. Te comento de forma breve como lo hice y los materiales que usé.

Materiales:
½ metro de tela elastizada
Hilo al tono
Tijeras
Cinta métrica
Alfileres
Materials:
1/2 meter of stretch fabric
Tone-on-tone yarn
Scissors

Procedimiento:
Tomé las medidas de busto, contorno de cintura, ancho de manga, puño y largo deseado de la manga. Elaboré estos patrones de acuerdo con las medidas trabajando inicialmente el strapless.Coloqué el patrón sobre la tela doblada por el revés haciendo un doblez que parte desde la parte superior hasta la cintura y corté.
Procedure:
I took the measurements of bust, waist circumference, sleeve width, cuff and desired sleeve length. I made these patterns according to the measurements initially working the strapless.I placed the pattern on the fabric folded inside out making a fold that starts from the top to the waist and cut.
Coloqué alfileres para ajustar la tela antes de pasar la costura recta
I pinned to tighten the fabric before going through the straight seam
Pasé cuidadosamente costura recta dejando 1cm de costura aproximadamente
I carefully went through straight sewing leaving about 1cm of seam
Hice dos piquetes en la parte superior por el revés que indica el doblez superior del strapless
I made two pickets at the top down the wrong side indicating the top fold of the strapless
Marqué con alfileres al derecho donde están los piquetes y pasé una costura recta que es la parte superior del strapless, además de ello cosí los bordes internos y el dobladillo del borde inferior.
I pinned to the right where the pickets are and went through a straight seam that is the top of the strapless, in addition to that I sewed the inside edges and the hem of the bottom edge.
Continue elaborando las mangas que median aproximadamente 47 centímetros de largo y pasé costura recta por los lados y cosí las orillas cuidadosamente.
I continued making the sleeves that are approximately 47 centimeters long and I went straight seam on the sides and sewed the edges carefully.
quedando el strapless de la siguiente forma y mi sobrina que fue quien lo estrenó el día de año nuevo me siento contenta de poder elaborara algo por primera vez y que quede bien.
