Con la técnica de Patchwork existen infinidades de ideas, pero hoy te presento ésta muy sencilla.
Hello dear Hive Diy community, I hope you have a great week. For fun we can use scraps of scraps that we will give much use in our kitchens and protect our hands from burning. With the Patchwork technique there are endless ideas, but today I present this very simple one.
He elaborado algunas publicaciones con agarra ollas, hoy aplicando esta técnica de mosaicos, muy sencilla, pero en la que hay que tener en cuenta los colores y un buen corte de la tela. Hice este proyecto pequeño, pero también es aplicable a otros más grandes.
I have made some publications with pot holders, today applying this mosaic technique, very simple, but in which you have to take into account the colors and a good cut of the fabric. I made this small project, but it is also applicable to larger ones.

Pasos para la elaboración:
En principio, recorté un cuadrado de 5 por 5 cm. Y lo recorté en dos cuadrados de tela.

At first, I cut out a square of 5 by 5 cm. And cut it into two squares of fabric.
Estos cuadrado, los enfrenté por el derecho y lo pasé por la maquina con costura recta por todo el alrededor.
These squares, I faced them right sides together and put them through the machine with a straight seam all around.
Con una regla, pasé una línea recta de punta en punta, como se ve en la foto. Formando una cruz.

Por estas líneas, corté con una tijera hasta el final. Abrí bien los cortes y se debe planchar o pisar bien para abrir las costuras.

Al tener este cuadrado así, cortamos las puntas y excedentes. Y lo colocamos al derecho sobre el próximo cuadrado. Y le pasamos costura recta de igual modo. Este procedimiento lo vamos haciendo para ampliar el cuadrado, tantas veces creamos necesario.
Once we have this square like this, we cut off the ends and the excess. And we place it right side up on the next square. And we sew a straight seam in the same way. We do this procedure to enlarge the square, as many times as we think
Para finalizar, le coloqué guata, cosí sobre este para dar más detalle, coloqué una pieza para agarrar, y el forro.
To finish, I placed wadding, sewed over it to give more detail, placed a piece to hold it, and the lining.
Hice dos, cada uno depende de las telas y colores de los que disponemos, quedan muy bien y son resistentes. Espero que te haya gustado y que sea aplicada en otros proyectos de costura.
