@HiveDIY members, guiding you to live more and more thankful for the coming of Jesus. Precisely that theme I have taken as the basis for my entry today in the
#FeltWorld contest.
Felt is a material with many possible uses, as you can see in each publication, but I wanted to take this theme of Christmas (nativity of Jesus), as a motif to elaborate an ornament that reminds us of this wonderful moment that divided history with its light and that every year we remember it in a season brimming with light and joy.
My friends, here I bring you a beautiful ornament and the procedure I used to build it.
Que la luz del Señor resplandezca sobre todos ustedes hoy, mis valiosos compañeros de
@HiveDIY, guiándolos a vivir más y más agradecidos por la venida de Jesús. Precisamente ese tema he tomado como base para mi entrada del día de hoy en el concurso de
#FeltWorld.
El fieltro es un material con muchas posibles utilidades, como puede verse en cada publicación, pero yo quise tomar este tema de la navidad (natividad de Jesús), como motivo para elaborar un adorno que nos recuerde este maravilloso momento que dividió la historia con su luz y que cada año lo recordamos en una temporada rebosante de luz y alegría.
Mis amigos, aquí les traigo un bello adorno y el procedimiento que empleé para construirlo..
MATERIALS / MATERIALES
- Fieltro en colores: amarillo, dos tonos de verde, rojo y azul,
- Pega blanca,
- Tijeras,
Papel,
- Lápiz,
- Cuentas de flores,
- Hilos para bordar de colores,
- Cinta o cuerda,
- Agujas.
Felt in colors: yellow, two shades of green, red and blue,
White glue,
Scissors,
Paper,
Pencil,
Flower beads,
Colored embroidery threads,
Ribbon or string,
Needles.
ELABORATION / ELABORACIÓN
1. Para comenzar, corté todos los elementos que integrarán el pesebre: el fondo amarillo, el techo, María y José, la estrella y un corazón. Me ayudé con patrones que yo misma realicé en papel.
1. To begin, I cut out all the elements that will make up the nativity scene: the yellow background, the ceiling, Mary and Joseph, the star and a heart. I helped myself with patterns that I made on paper.
2. Cosí al trapecio amarillo el borde verde oscuro.
y fui posicionando en el pesebre todas sus partes. Con la pega, pegué círculos de color beige a las cabezas de María y José, a modo de rostros.
2. I sewed the dark green border to the yellow trapezoid.
And I positioned all its parts in the crib. With the glue, I glued beige circles to the heads of Mary and Joseph, as faces.
3. Cosí los demás elementos del pesebre con hilos de colores, además de las cuentas en forma de flor en la estrella, los ojitos de José y María y la cinta para guindar.
3. I sewed the other elements of the crib with colored thread, in addition to the flower beads on the star, the eyes of Joseph and Mary, and the ribbon for hanging.
Y así es como quedó (acompañado con la hermosa Palabra que nos anticipada tal evento desde cientos de años antes ❤️💚).
And this is how it turned out (accompanied by the beautiful Word that anticipated such an event from hundreds of years before ❤️💚)
