Hola bellezas, en la costa de Ecuador apenas va por el primer trimestre y para finalizarlo, hubieron entregas de proyectos. En el caso de mi hijo menor, como aún está en la etapa de pre escolar, nos enviaron una circular donde nos pedían Elaborar un cuento de 45 cm de alto por 35 cm de ancho. En el caso de mi pequeño, el cuento debía ser sobre: Pinocho.
Cuando quieres ahorrar dinero y tienes creatividad, debes poner manos a la obra, así que eso fue lo que hice y más aún cuando es algo para nuestros hijos. Primero imprimí a pinocho para poder recortar sus partes y hacerlo en Foami, también imprimí varios dibujos para forrar con cinta adhesiva transparente y darle ese toque de fotografía y pegarlas dentro del cuento, ya que un cuento requiere la parte visual para hacerlo llamativo para los niños.

Hello beauties, on the coast of Ecuador we are only in the first term and to finish it, there were projects to be handed in. In the case of my youngest son, as he is still in the pre-school stage, they sent us a circular where they asked us to make a story 45 cm high by 35 cm wide. In the case of my youngest, the story had to be about: Pinocchio.
When you want to save money and you have creativity, you have to get down to work, so that's what I did and even more so when it's something for our children. First I printed Pinocchio to be able to cut out his parts and make it in Foami, I also printed several drawings to cover with transparent adhesive tape and give it that touch of photography and stick them inside the story, as a story requires the visual part to make it attractive for the children.

Debo confesar que ese Pinocho fue lo que más trabajo me dió hacer de todo el cuento y es que era el personaje principal, además están los detalles de su ropa y rostro que debía resaltar y quería hacerlo de foami para pegarlo en la portada. Para la portada utilicé 2 pliegos de foami azul y uno de cartulina blanca, también utilicé cartulina blanca para la parte de adentro y cabe destacar que como el cuento era para niños de preescolar no debía ser tan largo, así que lo adapté para ellos.
Una vez lista la portada y la parte de adentro del libro, me puse a recortar cada personaje, a pegarle las cintas y además les hice unas cositas de madera por la parte de atrás para que quedarán altas, dando una apariencia de 3D. Esto también lo hice con el Pinocho que iría en la portada y Pepe el grillo, para así darle ese toque diferente al libro. Una vez listos, los sobre puse donde quería que fueran y procedi a pegar cada uno y también las partes del texto del cuento.

I must confess that Pinocchio was the most difficult thing to make of the whole story, as he was the main character, plus there are the details of his clothes and face that should not be missing and I wanted to make him out of foami to stick him on the cover. For the cover I used 2 sheets of blue foami and one of white cardboard, I also used white cardboard for the inside and it should be noted that as the story was for pre-school children it should not be so long, so I adapted it for them.
Once the cover and the inside of the book were ready, I started to cut out each character, glue the ribbons to them and I also made some little wooden things for the back of the book so that they would stand tall, giving them a 3D appearance. I also did this with Pinocchio, who would be on the cover, and Pepe the cricket, to give the book a different touch. Once ready, I put the envelopes where I wanted them to be and proceeded to glue each one and also the parts of the text of the story.

Una vez listo el libro y con la firma y huella de Joaquín en la parte de atrás, nos fuimos hoy a la escuela a participar en la Casa Abierta de lectura por el "Yo Leo", esta actividad es anual en todas las escuelas de Ecuador. Y allí estaba en la mesa de libros, nuestro cuento de Pinocho, el cual me tocó leerlo para todos los niños y adultos presentes.
En el vídeo les muestro como quedó por dentro y bueno no cuento la historia jajaja, pero pueden visualizarlo.

Once the book was ready and with Joaquín's signature and print on the back, we went to the school today to participate in the Open House of reading for the "Yo Leo", this activity is annual in all schools in Ecuador. And there it was on the book table, our story of Pinocchio, which I had to read to all the children and adults present.

Me hizo muy feliz ver el resultado, quizás no fue el mejor cuento de todos, pero si hecho con mucho amor y cariño 💓😍. A veces no contamos con todos los materiales, pero que bonito es poder hacer estás cosas e integrarnos como familia en las actividades de nuestros hijos y lo mejor es que Joaquín estaba muy feliz con su cuento.
