Un saludo a la comunidad de las ramificaciones del arte, hoy decido unirme a todos ustedes para crear mi propio espacio y mostrarles todo lo que se puede llegar hacer con un poco de paciencia y creatividad. El arte se puede demostrar de diferentes maneras, desde manualidades, destrezas manuales como costura y tejido, pero también esta el lado del dibujo, el cual se divide el tangible y el digital, el primero es aquel que realizamos a través de herramientas como el lápiz y el papel como nuestro lienzo, por otro lado el digital también necesita de herramientas para elaborarse aunque un poco diferentes al dibujo clásico, estos son el ratón de computadora y programas de dibujo, este ultimo que les menciono a sido algo conocido para mi ya que desde niño e disfrutado el expresar mi arte a través de una pantalla de una computadora aunque nunca nada profesional. Así que aprovechando esta oportunidad ante la comunidad de #HiveDiy, daré a conocer dos de mis pasiones, el dibujo por supuesto y el coleccionar, esta ultima me llevo a poder tener hasta el día de hoy unas cartas de la serie animada Pokémon, tienen ya unos cuantos años que no especificare cuantos porque quedara al descubierto cuantos añitos tiene aquí su servidor 😅.
Así que mejor pongámonos manos a la obra y que comience el dibujo!!!.
Greetings to the community of the ramifications of art, today I decide to join all of you to create my own space and show you everything that can be done with a little patience and creativity. Art can be demonstrated in different ways, from crafts, manual skills such as sewing and knitting, but there is also the side of drawing, which is divided into tangible and digital, the first is the one we do through tools such as pencil and paper as our canvas, on the other hand the digital also needs tools to elaborate although a little different from the classic drawing, these are the computer mouse and drawing programs, the latter that I mention has been something known to me since I was a child and enjoyed expressing my art through a computer screen but never anything professional. So taking this opportunity before the community of #HiveDiy, I will make known two of my passions, drawing of course and collecting, the latter led me to have until today a few cards of the Pokémon animated series, they have already a few years that I will not specify how many because it will be uncovered how many years has here yours truly 😅.
So let's get down to work and let the drawing begin!!!!.
Tal y como lo mencione recién gracias a una de mis pasiones de niño como lo era el coleccionar, me permite hacer lo que hoy en día hago, son muchas las cartas de Pokémon que tengo y fue para mi una gran idea el darles una nueva oportunidad a través de mis dibujos usándolas como referencia.
¿El protagonista del día de hoy?, pues se trata del temible dragón marino "Gyarados", un Pokémon evolución de actitud feroz e intimidante para cualquier rival que se atreva a desafiarlo. Ya anteriormente en mis publicaciones di a conocer su forma básica "Magikarp" la cual esta muy alejada de su actual fase sobre todo en cuanto al poder se trata.
As I mentioned just now, thanks to one of my passions as a child as it was collecting, allows me to do what I do today, there are many Pokémon cards that I have and it was a great idea for me to give them a new opportunity through my drawings using them as a reference.
Today's protagonist is the fearsome sea dragon "Gyarados", an evolutionary Pokémon with a fierce and intimidating attitude for any rival who dares to challenge it. Previously in my publications I have already published its basic form "Magikarp" which is very far from its current phase, especially in terms of power.

Si me conocen y ya han visto algunos de mis trabajos sabrán ya de que ira el primer paso, siempre acostumbro a ubicar el centro del lienzo usando como referencia en este caso alguna pare del cuerpo del Pokémon para aprovechar al máximo cada espacio del lienzo, sin embargo hoy será diferente ya que el personaje que dibujaremos no cuenta como tal con alguna referencia física para ubicar el centro, así que lo que haremos es ir de derecha a izquierda generando de a poco el cuerpo del Pokémon.
Para iniciar dibujaremos la boca, haremos como una especie de "C", seguidamente dibujaremos la parte interna de la boca para darle perspectiva.
If you know me and you have already seen some of my works you will already know what the first step will be about, I always use to place the center of the canvas using as reference in this case some part of the Pokémon's body to make the most of each space of the canvas, however today it will be different because the character we will draw doesn't have as such any physical reference to place the center, so what we will do is to go from right to left generating little by little the Pokémon's body.
To start we will draw the mouth, we will make a kind of "C", then we will draw the inner part of the mouth to give it perspective.
Una vez conformes con la boca pasaremos a la sección de la cabeza, primero haremos la parte inicial de la nariz para que de esta surja una pequeña armadura justo en la frente del Pokémon, debajo de esta dibujaremos uno de los ojos de Gyarados, importante tomarse el tiempo para lograr la expresión correcta debido a que este es uno de los rasgos que mas caracteriza al Pokémon, su mirada intimidante.
Once we are satisfied with the mouth we will move on to the head section, first we will make the initial part of the nose so that a small armor emerges from it right on the forehead of the Pokémon, below this we will draw one of the eyes of Gyarados, it is important to take the time to achieve the correct expression because this is one of the features that most characterizes the Pokémon, its intimidating look.
Con gran parte de la cara del Pokémon, procederemos a cerrar la cabeza, con esto ya la tendremos casi finiquitada.
With a large part of the Pokémon's face, we will proceed to close the head, with this we will have it almost finished.
Al ser Gyarados un Pokémon dragón marino este contara con los rasgos físicos de dichas criaturas, así que de la cabeza antes dibujada se originaran de la parte superior unas púas y de la parte inferior unas pequeñas aletas.
As Gyarados is a sea dragon Pokémon, it will have the physical features of such creatures, so from the head drawn before, some spikes will originate from the upper part and from the lower part some small fins.
Paso siguiente y uno de los mas importantes es comenzar a darle forma al cuerpo del Pokémon, este tendrá figura de serpiente con un cuerpo alargado el cual separaremos por secciones, iremos sumando una por una dándole una forma curva simulando el movimiento de las serpientes.
Como consejo para realizar el cuerpo, las secciones serán semicírculos que de a poco irán reduciendo su tamaño hasta terminar en la cola, nuevamente les pido tomarse su tiempo para lograr un buen acabado para que los futuros detalles no tengan complicaciones y tengan que borrar un trabajo ya realizado.
Next step and one of the most important is to start shaping the body of the Pokémon, this will have a snake figure with an elongated body which we will separate by sections, we will add one by one giving it a curved shape simulating the movement of the snakes.
As a tip to make the body, the sections will be semicircles that will gradually reduce their size until ending in the tail, again I ask you to take your time to achieve a good finish so that future details do not have complications and have to erase a work already done.
A medida que vamos formando el cuerpo del Pokémon, dejaremos pequeños espacios en ciertas secciones del cuerpo, así tendremos una referencia de partes del cuerpo que estarán sobre puestas, esto para evitar borrar y quizás arruinar algo ya realizado, pero ya es elección personal del pintor.
As we are forming the body of the Pokémon, we will leave small spaces in certain sections of the body, so we will have a reference of parts of the body that will be over placed, this to avoid erasing and perhaps ruining something already done, but it is a personal choice of the painter.
Una vez terminado el cuerpo de serpiente de Gyarados comenzaremos añadir detalles como aletas, las cuales algunas de estas irán en los espacios dejados en blanco anteriormente, también agregaremos algunas púas mas en la parte dorsal del cuerpo.
Once the Gyarados snake body is finished we will start adding details such as fins, some of which will go in the spaces left blank previously, we will also add some more spikes on the dorsal part of the body.
Terminada las partes externas del cuerpo, ahora pasaremos a detalles internos, entre estos algunas manchas en el cuerpo característicos de una serpiente, también dibujaremos afilados colmillos.
Once the external parts of the body are finished, we will now move on to internal details, including some spots on the body characteristic of a snake, and we will also draw sharp fangs.
Concluido el boceto de nuestro Pokémon, podremos decir que a llegado la hora de darle vida al dibujo con un poco de color, rellenaremos las secciones del cuerpo de Gyarados con sus colores correspondientes.
Once the sketch of our Pokémon is finished, we can say that the time has come to give life to the drawing with a little color, we will fill the sections of Gyarados' body with their corresponding colors.
El fondo también juega un papel muy importante en cada obra maestra y esta no será la excepción, así que le daremos un tono azul marino que va acorde al tema.
The background also plays a very important role in every masterpiece and this one will be no exception, so we will give it a navy blue tone that goes according to the theme.
Con el dibujo ya al 99% culminado podemos darle los toques finales pero no por esto menos importante, al contrario, la técnica que les mostrare a continuación ayuda mucho a darle un toque de profesionalidad a cualquier tipo de dibujo sin importar lo simple y sencillo que sea. Dicha técnica consiste en utilizar el pincel con un porcentaje de opacidad bajo para delinear ciertas áreas del cuerpo del Pokémon, así lograremos un efecto de sombra y tridimensionalidad que le da ese toque especial del que les hablaba, al principio cuesta pero con la practica se puede mejorar mucho esta técnica que es muy útil.
También le daremos mas texturas al fondo con ligeros toques con la herramienta del grafiti, me gusta mucho el efecto que se consigue con dicha herramienta.
With the drawing already 99% completed we can give it the final touches but not for this less important, on the contrary, the technique that I will show you next helps a lot to give a touch of professionalism to any type of drawing no matter how simple and simple it is. This technique consists of using the brush with a low percentage of opacity to outline certain areas of the body of the Pokémon, this way we will achieve a shadow effect and three-dimensionality that gives that special touch of which I spoke to you, at the beginning it costs but with the practice you can improve a lot this technique that is very useful.
We will also give more textures to the background with light touches with the graffiti tool, I really like the effect that is achieved with this tool.
Y por ultimo para poder exhibir nuestra obra de arte es necesario el identificarla, en mi caso siempre lo hago colocando mi nombre de usuario del Hive acompañado de su logo, no se me ocurre una mejor manera de hacerlo.
And finally to be able to exhibit our work of art it is necessary to identify it, in my case I always do it by placing my Hive user name with its logo, I can't think of a better way to do it.
