Christmas is nearby so I made this easy peasy decoration to be hang around to feel the Christmas atmosphere, Snowman Egg would be an easy project for everyone and it also could hang on your Christmas tree as well. Let’s check out how I made it!

Around 3 hours

Quite easy, everyone could make it!

Materials & things needed:

• Pencil
• Paper
• Scissors
• Felt in three different color: white, orange and red
• Some embroidery floss
• Filling material, I used dacron
• Two buttons in green and red
• Red ribbon

Skills needed:

• running stitch
• back stitch

How to make it:

---

1ST

I drew the shape of the egg on a piece of paper. To make it symmetric I folded the paper in the middle before I cut it then I cut it out. After that I transferred it to the white felt.

2ND

I also cut out the white felt then I cut the orange felt to make the carrot nose on it. After that I sew the nose on the white felt with the running stitch. Finished it then I sew the eyes and mouth with black floss and for this part I used the back stitch.

3RD

Finished with the eyes, nose and mouth, I sew the button on it just like below. Then I cut the red ribbon, around 10 cm. Then sew around to join two egg shaped white felt with the running stitch. I also didn’t forget to put the ribbon on top and sew it too.

4TH

After reaching around half of it, I put the filling material in it then closed it. Last touch, I cut around 16 cm x 1.6 cm of the red felt. For both fringe I cut it just like below. Then I added it with the knot on the Snowman Egg.
