Greetings to the wonderful community, I am here to share with you a new design of bracelet with Saint Benedict medal, colored beads, silver plated beads and flat sliding knot. As for the Saint Benedict medal its design has two faces, on one side appears the Saint and on the other side in the central part the cross, usually the word Peace, plus a series of letters that have a meaning. This medal is considered by many as an amulet of luck and protection. I used colored beads and silver-plated pellets, and the bracelet is adjustable, so it fits any wrist size. Actually it was a smooth and simple work, although the difficulty was to introduce the 4 strands of Chinese thread through the small hole of the medal, which I solved by burning the tip of the thread with the tinder and leaving it as thin as a needle. With nothing more to add, let's go to the step by step of the San Benito medal bracelet with colored beads and silver plated balls.

Saludos a la maravillosa comunidad, estoy aquí para compartir con ustedes un nuevo diseño de pulsera con medalla de San Benito, mostacillas de colores, balines plateados y nudo plano corredizo. En cuanto a la medalla de San Benito su diseño tiene dos caras, en una aparece el Santo y por la otra cara en la parte central la cruz, por lo general se encuentra la palabra Paz, ademas de una serie de letras que guardan un significado. Dicha medalla considerada por muchos como amuleto de la suerte y protección. Utilice mostacillas de colores y balines plateados, además la pulsera es ajustable, modalidad que sirve para la medida de cualquier muñeca. En realidad fue un trabajo fluido y sencillo, aunque la dificultad estuvo en introducir las 4 hebras de hilo chino por el agujero pequeño de la medalla, que resolví quemando la punta del hilo con el yesquero y dejando tan delgado como una aguja. Sin mas nada que agregar, vamos al paso a paso, de la pulsera con medalla de San Benito con mostacillas de colores y balines plateados.

✨MATERIALS//MATERIALES✨

• San Benito pendant.
• Colored beads.
• Silver plated balls.
• Chinese thread black color.
• Scissors.
• Lighter.

• Dije de San Benito.
• Mostacillas de colores.
• Balines plateados.
• Hilo chino color negro.
• Tijera.
• Encendedor.

✨STEPS//PASOS✨

• Cut 4 strands of Chinese thread of 40 cm each, burn the ends with the lighter until the thread is as thin as a needle to insert through the hole of the medal of St. Benedict. Then bring the medal to the center of the threads.

• Cortar 4 hebras de hilo chino de 40 cm cada una, quemar las puntas con el encendedor hasta lograr que el hilo quede delgado como una aguja para introducir por el orificio de la medalla de San Benito. Luego llevar la medalla hasta el centro de los hilos.

• In the same way, insert a silver ball on the sides of the medal of St. Benedict.

• De igual forma introducir un balín plateado a los lados de la medalla de San Benito.

• Insert 5 beads and 1 silver bead on each strand of Chinese thread.

• Introducir 5 mostacillas y 1 balín plateado en cada hebra de hilo chino.

• Complete the side by repeating 5 beads and 1 silver bead that serves to separate.

• Completar el lado repitiendo 5 mostacillas y 1 balín plateado que sirve para separar.

• We complete the bracelet by doing the same procedure on the other side.

• Completamos la pulsera haciendo el mismo procedimiento del otro lado.

• Make a simple knot with the 4 strands of Chinese thread at each end.

• Hacer un nudo sencillo con las 4 hebras de hilo chino en cada extremo.

• Now we are going to close the bracelet with a flat slip knot. We fasten the threads with adhesive tape. Also with a Chinese thread of about 25 cm make a simple knot to start the process of the flat knot.

• Ahora vamos a cerrar la pulsera con nudo plano corredizo. La cual sujetamos los hilos con cinta adhesiva. Ademas con un hilo chino de unos 25 cm hacer un nudo sencillo para iniciar el proceso del nudo plano.

• With the right-hand yarn make a P, pass over the guide yarn, the left-hand yarn pass over the top, with the tip of the left-hand yarn pass diagonally across the belly of the P. Do the same but with the P on the opposite side. Repeat 5 times.

• Con el hilo de la derecha hacer una P, pasar por encima del hilo guía, el hilo de la izquierda pasar por arriba, con la punta del hilo de la izquierda atravesar en forma diagonal saliendo por la barriga de la P. Hacer lo mismo pero con la P al contrario. Repetir 5 veces.
