I thought it was a nice idea and I got to work (although his birthday has already passed 🤭):
Materials:
. Thread
. Needle
. Scissors
. Pieces of cloth
. Padding: they can be filled with fabric (example: clean old sheets, flannels, any type of fabric cut into pieces), the disadvantage is that they are quite heavy, so wadding is ideal (for this cushion I used the wadding from an old pillow ).
🎀: I'm not going to lie to you, this project is hard because it's done by hand, but it takes a couple of hours to do it on a sewing machine.

El día de hoy les quiero compartir con cariño mis piezas hechas totalmente a mano: un cojín con retazos de tela como regalo de cumpleaños para mi hija. Les cuento, mi hija mayor vino a visitarnos y pasar con nosotros el día de las madres y aprovechando que se va a quedar unos días más, y aprovechamos para hablar de proyectos, artículos etc, yo le dije que tenía deseos de hacer artículos con retazos de tela que una gran amiga acababa de regalarme y de inmediato saltó: "mamá hazme un cojín para mi cumpleaños!".
Me pareció una linda idea y me puse manos a la obra (aunque su cumpleaños ya pasó 🤭) :

. Tijeras
. Retazos de tela
. Relleno : se pueden rellenar con tela (ejemplo: sábanas viejas limpias, franelas, cualquier tipo de tela cortada en trozos), la desventaja es que quedan bastante pesados, así que guata es lo ideal (para este cojín utilizé la guata de una almohada vieja).
