🙋 🙋👋 💓 Hello, Hive Diy friends!!! On this occasion I want to share with you an illustration practice that I did this week. In this blog I break down the process of all the work.
Desde hace días he querido realizar ilustraciones que se puedan usar para el diseño de empaques de comida rápida. Así que me dispuse ha ir bocetando ideas, para luego ir escogiendo las que utilizaría para los empaques publicitarios.
For days I have wanted to make illustrations that can be used for fast food packaging design. So I set out to sketch ideas, and then choose the ones I would use for the advertising packaging.
PROCESO DE ILUSTRACIÓN / ILLUSTRATION PROCESS
La ilustración iba enfocada en comida rápida como les estaba explicando en las líneas anteriores. Así que decidí personificar los clásicos platillos de comida callejera. El primer paso era bocetarlos con papel y lápiz, luego ir utilizando el programa Adobe Illustrator para vectorizar mi ilustración.
The illustration was focused on fast food as I was explaining in the previous lines. So I decided to personify classic street food dishes. The first step was to sketch them with paper and pencil, then use the Adobe Illustrator program to vectorize my illustration.
Luego de tener mi dibujo digitalizado, lo siguiente es aplicar el color. En este punto lo que hago es emplear como base todos mis tonos con colores planos y luego voy agregando las sombras con tonalidades mas oscuras para crear la sensación de volumen.
After having my drawing digitized, the next thing is to apply the color. At this point what I do is use all my shades with flat colors as a base and then I add shadows with darker tones to create the sensation of volume.
Al tener listo el sombreado del dibujo, procedo a dar ciertas luces en varias áreas del dibujo. También agregue una línea blanca al rededor de los personajes para dar la sensación de sticker.
Having ready the shading of the drawing, I proceed to give certain lights in various areas of the drawing. I also added a white line around the characters to give the sticker feel.
RESULTADO FINAL / FINAL SCORE
Y acá esta el resultado de mi practica. Como tal es una idea a manera de boceto elaborado ya que estaré realizando mas ejercicios de ilustración con la intención de ir seleccionando los mejores. Las ilustraciones escogidas las utilizare para empaques publicitarios de comida rápida.
And here is the result of my practice. As such, it is an idea in the form of an elaborate sketch since I will be doing more illustration exercises with the intention of selecting the best ones. I will use the chosen illustrations for fast food advertising packaging.
