The last bit of work to get the front of the sill ready, welding in a piece to replace the rusted out part. Then I extended the lip with some cut off, when I cut out the rusted metal this piece was cut short and I had a large gap when test fitting the part that I have made.
Next I closed up the hole left from cutting out rusted metal by the door where the door rubber fits.
