Today i will be talking about the complete process of making bricks for house construction.
Before we move forward we needs to talk about the materials to be use for the
MATERIALS
-> Two different types of sands
-> shovel
-> cement
-> the engine for mixing
-> the carrier
THE PROCESS
the first thing we need is the sand and there are two different sand to use to make bricks, well this is different from the loamy and sandy soil .
This two Sand will be mix together with cement, it can be one bag of cement or more than depending on what you want to produce, the more the sand the more the cement, there will be someone to handle this by mixing the cement and the sands together very well until it is soft and ready for use.
After the mixing there will be another person to re mix it very well and make sure it is very soft before they load it into the machine
After all this process then there will be someone that will put it into the machine and then the machine will mix everything together to make brick for like 2mins, after this bricks will be ready to carry.
After the brick is out there will be two grown men to carry it and put it where it will dry for like 24hours and ready for use.
Now the brick is out and it will be dry after all this process it is ready to use for construction of house or anything.
