I have many hobbies, among which I want to note the preparation of various dishes, botany, I like to grow various plants, handicrafts, I crochet,I make various crafts from scrap materials, I create an interior on holidays, I like to draw and listen to music that compose by my brother and sister, as well as participate in church services: choir and as a teacher in Sunday school.
Now that we have already met, let's talk about delicious things, for example, about the signature cutlets of the Barski family that I cook.
So let's cook the pork cutlets.
I'm sure everyone will succeed.
Ingredients:
1kg minced meat;
250g of bread;
2 onions;
3 cloves of garlic;
(1-2) eggs;
100 m of water;
2 tsp salt (no slide);
a pinch of black pepper;
Spices at will to your taste:
hop-suneli, Italian, paprika;

- First, we need minced meat. Minced meat can be taken with any pork, veal. If you don't have minced meat, you can buy meat and twist it into a meat grinder. I have minced pork.
- Next, we need to pre-soak bread or crackers in water. Any white or black bread can be used. I took buckwheat and Borodinsky. If you wish, you can pour in a little milk. Press the bread a little and let it swell
- In the meantime, we will deal with onions and garlic.
-. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. I used two medium onions and three cloves of garlic.
- Next, we need to combine all our ingredients. Add onions and garlic to the minced meat, squeeze the bread well and also add to the minced meat.
- Next, salt the minced meat to taste. For the whole amount of minced meat and bread, I added two teaspoons of salt without a slide. And a pinch of ground black pepper.
- Next, I added spices to taste. I have suneli hops, Mediterranean and Italian herbs.I also took paprika. About a teaspoon.
- And I also took seasoning for meat, for barbecue, and for cutlets. Everything to taste.
- Already the spicy aroma of minced meat can be heard. Our minced meat for cutlets is almost ready.
- We just have to add an egg. I have two small ones.
Now we have to mix everything well. During mixing, add a little water to make the minced meat more fluffy and porous. Our minced meat is ready.
Next, we need to heat the pan with sunflower oil well. While the pan is heating, we form minced meat patties. Before shaping the cutlet, moisten your hands well in cold water, this is how they look. If desired, cutlets can be rolled in bread crumbs. But I prefer no breading.
Already put our cutlets in a preheated pan and fry on each side until a bright golden crust.
