This is due to the fact that the aluminum surface is instantly covered with an oxide film and its tinning is almost impossible. But having the simplest and most common tools, as well as a piece of ordinary tin, any adult can restore an aluminum part.

But with such a seemingly insurmountable difficulty, it is quite possible to cope if you have an ordinary electric screwdriver with a metal brush, a gas burner and a simple piece of tin at hand.
To do this, we fix the aluminum container in a metalwork vise, heat the surface around the crack with the flame of a gas burner, melt a small amount of tin, which, holding it with tongs, distribute a thin layer around the damaged area.
