Hace mucho tiempo tengo trabajo atrasado, que en si no está atrasado del todo sino que no tenía ganas de hacerlo jajajaj 😝 me pasa bastante aceptar trabajo poco atractivo solo por el dinero, pero como mis clases comenzaron este mes puse mucho de mi energía en terminar todo lo que pudiera antes de empezar a cursar, ya que entre trabajar 4 días a la semana y cursar 2 días a la semana ( en total curso 8 horas pero son 3 materias así que rápidamente me ocupan todo el tiempo disponible) me queda un día "libre" que voy a usar en tareas, ver a mi novio e intentar tener algo de vida jajaj y no iba a tener tiempo de coser cosas extras así que puse manos a la obra.

Tenia que terminar un pantalón, en este caso había que reemplazar el elástico y con mis últimas compras fui a hacer eso, lo que si es que es un elástico diferente que nunca consigo, el original es de los que tienen un cordón en el centro y yo compré el común, pero el resultado es el mismo y creo que los elásticos comunes duran mucho más que eso.
I had to finish a pair of pants, in this case I had to replace the elastic and with my last purchases I went to do that, what if it is a different elastic that I never get, the original one is the one with a drawstring in the center and I bought the common one, but the result is the same and I think that the common elastics last much longer than that.
Desarme toda la cintura del pantalón y coloque el nuevo elástico, cosí todo con puntada ziczac y le di una puntada de sostén en el mismo lugar donde estaba la anterior y el pantalón está listo nuevamente para un tiempo más de uso, me gusta reparar prendas, a veces es tedioso pero el resultado final me hace bastante feliz 😀.
Disassemble the entire waist of the pants and place the new elastic, I sew everything with ziczac stitch and I gave it a bra stitch in the same place where the previous one was and the pants are ready again for another time of use, I like to repair garments, sometimes it's tedious but the final result makes me quite happy 😀.
También tengo que terminar de hacer un top, me faltan todas las terminaciones, y como no conseguí elástico partido al final fabrique algo similar con tela de mi caja de retazos, siempre digo que tengo muchas telas de punto pero también tengo lycra pesada, que es para calza, es bastante rígida y duradera y como aún me quedaba un trozo que no tenía mucha utilidad decidí experimentar con eso.

Lo que hice fue cortar tiras de 2cm de ancho y unirlas por los extremos, corte bastantes tiras, y utilicé el cúter circular y la tabla de corte para que todo estuviera igual, cada tira mide unos 30 o 40 cm de largo, algunas miden menos, pero uniendo los extremos voy a conseguir mucho material.

Cosi la cinta con un ziczac pequeño pero no convencida con eso ajuste mi máquina en puntada tipo ojal que es un ziczac super pequeño y resistente, corte todo los trocitos que sobraban en la costura de unión y empecé a utilizarla, se ve como mucha cinta pero en realidad sirve para dos proyectos, uno es terminar el top y otro lo verán más adelante.

También hice dos breteles ya que quería reservar la cinta para mi otro proyecto, y simplemente use dos tiras largas del mismo material, ahora mi nuevo top está listo 😊, como es un top corto el plan es usarlo con mi remera de red que hice hace un tiempo, pero no creo usarlo en mucho tiempo ya que está haciendo un poco de frio, pero tengo planes para hacer prendas para el tiempo frio.
I also made two straps since I wanted to save the tape for my other project, and I just used two long straps of the same material, now my new top is ready 😊, since it is a crop top the plan is to wear it with my fishnet shirt that I made a few years ago a while, but I don't think I'll be wearing it for a long time since it's getting a bit cold, but I have plans to make clothes for cold weather.
Estuve bastante tiempo con este proyecto en pausa y es uno de mis proyectos de cero, con moldes hechos 100% por mí y salió bien, no tiene errores, estoy muy feliz por eso, es un progreso, aprender a coser y aprender patronaje son dos cosas separadas pero que al final van de la mano, que requieren practicar y a veces es frustrante no ver un resultado bonito o acorde a las expectativas pero con paciencia y mucha dedicación estoy haciendo prendas 100% hechas por mí y sin errores, me gusta compartir esto con ustedes, hasta la próxima ❤️.
