As you already know, I continued to work on crocheting a black jacket.
I gradually bound the jacket shelves and neck with single crochet.
In the photo, the upper part is without strapping, and the lower one is already tied. Agree, it looks much neater.
Now we need to decide which buttons to use for this jacket. At first I chose several options.
I liked the white buttons the most and I decided to sew them on. The white buttons I had were some a little larger and others a little smaller. I decided to use those buttons that are slightly smaller.
For the inside, I chose dark blue buttons.
That's what I got!
I liked my intermediate result! Now I had to solve one difficult question: the fact is that there was very little yarn left.
This is definitely not enough to crochet two jacket sleeves. Either I'm crocheting a vest or I'm going to buy some more black yarn to make enough for the sleeves! I began to think what I need more: a jacket or a vest. In the end, I decided that it was still a vest. And this means that you need to make a little armholes and that's it! My former jacket, and now the vest is ready! 😁
It was a great feat of me to try on this winter vest because of our heat 😁 But I did it to show you the end result. In general, I am very satisfied with my work! 😀
