It’s me once again on your screen and it’s always a thing that brings immense happiness to me when ever am doing a post, mingling with you all in this few weeks of my stay here have really hot to learnt from others, I mean I see mind blowing creativities here and am like wow 😳 this is hug, speaking is creativities that were shocking are chess ♟ making by @Irenenavarroart, making them through crocheting and it’s has been on my mind since I saw it I kept on asking how did she made them so neat and clean well....... were people are good in know how to do best great tho and I also saw people’s work too that marveled me too they all deserved an applaud 👏 👏, a very big weldon to them all.
I have a female friend at my work place call Danielle, she bakes cakes, different and all kinds of cakes and she’s also into the fashion industry too, she’s learning how to make females outfit in my workplace too (no strings attached) we were just best of friends. She opens up to me and I try my possible best to help her. she just love sitting with me, she most times comes to the corner I stay to work to have a chart with me, this afternoon while I was making her an epron for her cake baking,
she was just telling me how depressed she’s been since her boyfriend Brock her heart, she said her life has never remain same, asked her what lead to the breakup with her man, she said she has caught him cheating countless occasions but she still looked pass that and was till in love with him(long story short) she said few days ago he just called her to come to his place and when she went, they were other people there too and she was like what’s going on and the next thing she said she saw another girl too with him but she never understood what was going on but she kept calm to see will happen, she said the guy brought out a ring 💍 and engaged the other lady that was with him in her very presence without any explanation from the guy after a 2year old relationship along with sex and everything, me hearing this I was 😳 so perplexed, this in my own understanding is pure wickedness, how can someone be this cruel and heartless, I kept on thinking is he doesn’t have an emotion or feelings to has how she will feel keeping her on the edge like that it wasn’t fear on her part at all, some people are just purely wicked and heartless after 2years of sold friendship and you decide to do this then I wonder!
So the said she just watch quietly and when the drama was done she left heartbroken, I felt so much sympathy towards her, yes! I have been betrayed and used too and I can comfortably say I know and understand what she’s passing through at the moment, I gave her some words of encouragement, I told her to let go of all the hurt in her mind cause it will further hurt her so the best thing is to let go and create your own happiness, I no understand wallowing in self-pity will keep on dragging you down to the ground, I told her to let it go and move on nothing in life is worth dying for, thank God she saw reason with me and she stopped thinking, cheered up and we all played and had fun together, unlike when she first came in the early hours of the morning, she was so moody that was why i decided to ask her what was the problem, since we’re kinda close so she opened up to me thank God she felt much relief after our conversation.
After her discussion she told me she need me to help her make an epron used by barkers to work sometimes they put there tools inside the pocket on the epron and it’s makes barking much easier.
So friends I’ll take you guys on the processes on how I just made this epron for her this afternoon.
I looked for three(3) already used colored pieces at my work place and used them for the epron, I saw a bigger green color material and a orange color material with a white color too but the green was bigger so I decided to use the green as the body and the orange color one as the both pocket and the white for the rope that goes round the neck. Now it was decided on how and where the fabric will be used on.
I took the green colored fabric and I place it on the cutting table and I cut the way the epron will look out and I took it to my machine for the sewing.
Now my sewing process:
I first start by bending all side of the the epron. Then I cut the orange color fabric to make size was 10inches and length was 11inches and after the bending was done I got the size I wanted which was 8inches size and 8inches length.
I now place it on top of the green fabric but at the down part. I included a tape gum under and I glue together the green and the orange fabric

I took them to the machine for sewing.
I moved to piping it round with the white color fabric and also including the rope in which she will use in hanging it on her neck than I did all the necessary bending too, after that I took it to the iron and iron it and with that the epron was done.
I asked her to wear it while i take pictures of her wearing it this was how it looked. This epron took me 1hour, 30minutes to achieve from cutting to finishing it.
