Hello Hive
Today I present to you the mother and daughter outfit I made for us.
Funny enough that was how we everyone called her my daughter yesterday throughout the time we had this outfit on and when I updated my WhatsApp status, I had some friends still roll in to ask about her and why I didn't make it obvious that I had a daughter 😂😂
The resemblance is so striking and that is why she has become my little twinnee and every piece of outfit I make she has a share in it.
Be it the scraps of fabric, something has to be sewn for her.
I wasn't going to sew any new cloth or project, am just going to keep picking all this abandon work until I exhaust it.
This is just one of them, it had been laying in wait for a year and some months to get completed.
I was short of sleeve type and some fitting issues that was stressing me.
As Easter was approaching I thought of using this for our easter outfit nor minding the type of sleeve I use to complete the dress.
There you have it, a sleeve from my head, not matching any particular design, I wanted to make a cone sleeve but forgot how to cut it anf what I had was long with no particular shape but it completed the dress😂😂😂 and because it was cut from an organza material it added a extra plain color.
At least these two are finally out of my abandoned work.
Work in progress
The photo section is often the most stressful part of making this post.
Without a selfie stand it almost difficult to get a nice short and from which angle my dress would have come out better. 😂💃💃💃
In case you see us double cross, don't be alarmed just laugh it off and enjoy some crazy photo pose 💃
Now I can mark two down and several more to go.
