Por mi parte tuve unos días un poco atareados, con muchos compromisos en la vida real pero intentando no perder el que tengo diariamente aquí. Recién esta tarde pude sentarme a descansar un poco y aproveché para coser algo para compartir con ustedes ❤️.
Sewing is my favorite hobby, I love creating garments from patchwork. My project today has a great sentimental value since it combines the two things that regularly bring me to this community: doll clothes and lingerie 😃.
Coser es mi pasatiempo favorito, me encanta crear prendas a partir de retazos. Mi proyecto de hoy tiene un valor sentimental muy grande ya que combina las dos cosas que me traen regularmente a esta comunidad: la ropa de muñecas y la lencería 😃.
One of the many tasks I did these days was organizing my drawers. I hadn't done it for a long time, and today that I did I found this: my first lingerie project 😍.
Una de las tantas tareas que hice estos días fue organizar mis cajones. Llevaba tiempo sin hacerlo, y hoy que lo hice me encontré con esto: mi primer proyecto de lencería 😍.
This thing was the first bodice I ever made. I was rehearsing the mold of a tutorial, and since I did not have any suitable input, this was the final result. I didn't have a sewing machine either, so everything was stapled. I was very proud of it anyway ❤️.
Esta cosa fue el primer corpiño que hice. Ensayaba la moldería de un tutorial, y como no tenía ningún insumo adecuado este fue el resultado final. Tampoco tenía máquina de coser, así que todo estaba abrochado con engrampadora 😂. De todos modos estaba muy orgullosa de él ❤️.
It seemed to me that the lace was still wearable, but since it is not stretchy it is not useful for an intimate garment. Then it occurred to me that it might look good in a doll outfit 😃.
Me pareció que la puntilla aún era usable, pero como no es elastizada no es útil para una prenda íntima. Entonces se me ocurrió que podía quedar bien en un traje para la muñeca 😃.
As the pieces that I have to make dresses are somewhat small, I cut two halves of the fabric even though the mold is a whole piece. Then, I came up with a super cool design taking advantage of the lace 😅❤️.
Como los retazos que tengo para hacer vestidos son algo pequeños, corté dos mitades de tela a pesar de que el molde es de una pieza entera. Luego, se me ocurrió un diseño super genial aprovechando la puntilla 😅❤️.
I literally hadn't grabbed the machine for more than 15 days. I had to readjust all the stitches 😅. First I joined the front pieces and then, with a zigzag stitch, I sewed the lace.
Literalmente no agarraba la máquina hace más de 15 días. Tuve que volver a ajustar todas las puntadas 😅. Primero uní las piezas del frente y luego, con costura zigzag, cosí la puntilla.
Then I sewed more lace below. Actually this was my original idea, adding the vertical strip came up to cover the front seam.
Luego, cosí mas puntilla abajo. En realidad esta era mi idea original, lo de agregar la tira vertical surgió para tapar la costura frontal.
Finally, it only remains to close the part of the back and our dress will be ready ❤️.
Por último solo resta cerrar la parte de la espalda y nuestro vestido estará listo ❤️.
And this was the end result ❤️! Simple but delicate 😃.

Doing this little project made me feel good. It was like joining my principles in sewing with everything I know so far. It was a year of pure learning and I hope it continues like this. See you on Monday ❤️!
