Como han visto en mis últimos post, he estado realizando diferentes proyectos en tejido textil de fieltro, y se preguntarán por qué? Bueno, la verdad es que la papelería que está más cerca a mi casa, no vende 1/4 o 1/2 metro de fieltro, si no que lo venden por metro, así que si quiero hacer algo pequeño, tengo que comprar igual el metro completo, se podrán imaginar la cantidad de fieltro que tengo en casa 😁, por eso he estado aprovechando para hacer varios proyectos con éste material textil, como el proyecto que quiero compartirles hoy, "Una Hermosa diadema tejida para bebés con flores en fieltro" una buena idea para obsequiar a la nueva sobrina o prima. As you have seen in my last posts, I have been making different projects in felt textile fabric, and you may wonder why? Well, the truth is that the stationery store that is closest to my house, does not sell 1/4 or 1/2 meter of felt, they sell it by the meter, so if I want to do something small, I have to buy the whole meter, you can imagine the amount of felt I have at home 😁, so I have been taking advantage to make several projects with this textile material, like the project I want to share with you today, "A beautiful woven headband for babies with flowers in felt " a good idea to give as a gift to the new niece or cousin. I hope you like it.
- Cinta rosada razo de 1cm de ancho.
- Fieltro amarillo, rosado, blanco y verde.
- Yesquero.
- Barra de silicón.
- Cinta métrica.
- Hilo rosado.
- Tijeras.
- 1 cm wide pink ribbon.
- Yellow, pink, white and green felt.
- Tinder.
- Silicone stick.
- Tape measure.
- Pink thread.
- Scissors.
Corté dos piezas de cinta de 1,50 cm de largo.
I cut two pieces of ribbon 1.50 cm long.
Doblé 3cm de punta de cada cinta, de tal manera que se forme dos orejitas.
I folded 3cm of the tip of each ribbon, in such a way as to form two little ears.
Introduje una orejita dentro de la otra, dejando un centímetro de orejita del lado izquierdo, hasta que se vea una forma de cruz y sujeté ambas orejas con una aguja, para comenzar el tejido de la diadema.
I inserted one ear inside the other, leaving a centimeter of ear on the left side, until a cross shape is visible and fastened both ears with a needle, to begin the weaving of the headband.
Hice otra orejita con la cinta del lado izquierdo y la introduje en en el centímetro de orejita que sobró del lado derecho.
I made another little ear with the ribbon on the left side and inserted it into the centimeter of ear that was left over on the right side.
Luego hice otra orejita del lado derecho y la introduce en el centímetro de orejita que quedó dela orejita del lado izquierdo. De esta manera seguí haciendo hasta terminar el tejido.
Then I made another ear on the right side and inserted it into the centimeter of ear that was left over from the ear on the left side. In this way I kept on doing it until I finished the weaving.
Cuando terminé el tejido, introduje las puntas sobrantes en cada orejita y apliqué silicón caliente para asegurar.
When I finished weaving, I inserted the excess ends into each ear and applied hot silicone to secure.
Posteriormente, pegué con silicón caliente las dos puntas de la diadema, para cerrar.
Afterwards, I glued the two ends of the headband with hot silicone to close it.
También de tejer y armar la diadema procedí a realizar las flores en fieltro para esto utilicé una tira de 14 centímetros de largo y 5 centímetros de ancho, un cuadrado de 14 cm² y un círculo de 14 cm de diámetro, además de 4 hojas simples y una ramita.
After weaving and assembling the headband I proceeded to make the flowers in felt, for this I used a strip 14 cm long and 5 cm wide, a square of 14 cm² and a circle of 14 cm in diameter, as well as 4 simple leaves and a twig.
Luego recorté el círculo en aspiral, haciéndoles formas curvas, el cuadrado lo corté también en forma de aspiral pero siguiendo su misma forma cuadrada y a la tira, lo que hice fue doblarla en dos a lo largo y hacerle pequeños cortes de 0,5 cm.
Then I cut the circle in an aspiral, making curved shapes, the square I also cut in an aspiral shape but following the same square shape and the strip, what I did was to fold it in two lengthwise and make small cuts of 0.5 cm.
Enrollé cada una de estas formas hasta formar y asegura la flor.
I rolled each of these shapes to form and secure the flower.
A cada flor, le coloque una bases circular de su mismo color y luego las monté sobre otra base blanca, para posteriormente pegarlas un la diadema.
To each flower, I placed a circular base of the same color and then mounted them on another white base, to later glue them to the headband.
Finalmente pegue todas las flore en un costado de la diadema.
Finally glue all the flowers on one side of the headband.
