How i made my shirt for Customer

Hello sew mates and needleworkers , how are doing? And how is your needlework there.
Here i want to show you how i made my shirt and trouser for my customer, the measurement and the illustrations. The fabric is a soft checkers material which was given to me by my friend to sew and sell to his customers.

The shirt Measurement

  • length 32 inches
  • Chest 47 inches
  • Under chest 46 inches
  • Tommy 47 inches
  • Shoulder 19 inches
  • Sleeve 26 inches
  • Armhole 20 inches

Trouser measurement

  • Length 42 inches
  • Waist 37 inches
  • Tight/Lap 29 inches
  • Knee Length 22 inches
  • Knee Circumference 18 inches
  • Base 16 inches

The cutting

The fabrics Hem was folded together into two and laid on the cutting table , i folded the hem side about 2inches(That is where the buttons going to stay and button holes, representing the front of the shirt. I measured the length of the shirt 👔 which is 32inches. I divided the shoulder into two which is 9inches and added half an inch to it as sewing allowance to be 9 1/2 . The chest is divided into four places to determine the sketch . I divided the armhole into two which is 10inches and added about an inch to it for side sewing allowing.
