Después de hacer mis amigurumis de Totoro y BMO, le dije a mi hija @isauris que escogiera uno para hacérselo a ella. Fue así como ella me pidió un Pokémon, especificamente un Snorlax. Aunque los colores que tenía no eran exactamente los de Snorlax, creo que el resultado fue bastante bueno.

Hacerlo se me hizo muy rápido, pues ya tenia los aprendizajes de los muñecos anteriores. Hasta ahora BMO es el me ha resultado más complicado, quiza porque tenia muchos detalles o porque el hilo se me estaba deshilachabdo y se me atoraba la aguaja, el crochet.

Son los pequeños detalles los que convierten un simple muñeco en el personaje que queremos recrear. Sin los detalles este muñeco podria ser cualquier oso quizá y no este Pokémon dormilón.

Una parte bonita de este proceso de crear estos muñecos es ir conociendo a los personajes y sus historias. Por ejemplo, hasta que mi hija me lo pidió, yo no sabia que este Pokémon existia. Si bien sabia que hay muchos otros Pokémon a demás de Pikachu, no los conocia.

Que mi hija escogiera a este en especial a sido motivo de risas y bromas, porque este es un personaje muy dormilón, igual que ella.

Cada proyecto trae sus retos y sus aprendizajes, y cada día me voy sintiendo más segura y aprendiendo esos pequeños trucos que facilitan el trabajo, lo que me hace muy feliz.

La cara de felicidad de mi hija al recibir su muñeco terminado no tiene precio y es mi mayor satisfacción.

Espero aue todos sus proyectos les estén dando tanta felicidad como los mios me dan a mí.

After making my Totoro and BMO amigurumis, I told my daughter @isauris to choose one to make for herself. That's how she asked me for a pokemon, specifically a Snorlax. Although the colors I had weren't exactly those of Snorlax, I think the result was pretty good.

A nice part of this process of creating these dolls is getting to know the characters and their stories. For example, until my daughter asked me for it, I didn't know that this Pokémon existed. Although I knew that there are many other Pokémon besides Pikachu, I didn't know them.

My daughter choosing this one in particular has been a reason for laughter and jokes because this is a very sleepy character, just like her.
