In so many day to day things now I have the pressure of my son trying to teach me about this world of technology and internet something he calls Web3, it is well known by many and from what I have seen there are different people of different ages, social status and cultures around here it is very nice to appreciate the work of all and the different ways of dealing with life and the day to day that everyone has.



In this ladies of hive community I have appreciated the work of many people as well as those people who practice the art of crochet like me so I have been encouraged to share some of this work I have been doing while I deliver my texts and thoughts for Ladies of Hive Community Contest #213 and here is my entry.


This time we have two questions that I plan to answer here;


  • Have you tried mindfulness or meditation? Which techniques work better for you?

By mindfulness I literally mean concentration and obviously as the question itself says meditation I think this state that we call mindfulness or meditation is the most common thing I do at least once a week in a state of total concentration and connection with nature because otherwise we must identify and differentiate what is to reflect and analyze that state of mind of calm that we can really call meditation I feel that I meditate those evenings usually on weekends while watering the plants or when I enjoy the afternoon coffee in the tranquility of the home.


  • What are your habits to stay healthy despite having a busy schedule?

The words healthy habits are not really in my vocabulary, My healthiest habit is to know how to enjoy the small moments of life because I have been thinking lately how important physical activity is and how much it helps health and not only physical health but also mental health,to exercise at least some sport makes our thoughts flow in a better way and eliminates stress from our body allowing us to be in that state of calm and connection with ourselves so I have a little of what I was talking about at the beginning peace of mind reflection and meditation I use weaving techniques I think it is the closest I can say that is my health.




Entre tantas cosas del día a día ahora tengo la presión de mi hijo tratando de enseñarme sobre este mundo de tecnología e internet algo que él llama Web3, es muy conocido por mucho y por lo que he visto hay distintas personas de diferentes edades estado sociales y culturas por acá es muy agradable apreciar el trabajo de todo y las diferentes formas de lidiar con la vida y el día a día que tiene cada quien.

En esta comunidad ladies of hive he apreciado el trabajo de muchas personas al igual que esas personas que practican el arte del crochet como yo por lo que me he animado a compartir un poco de este trabajo que he estado haciendo mientras hago entrega de mis textos y pensamientos para Ladies of Hive Community Contest #213 y aquí está mi entrada.

En esta ocasión tenemos dos preguntas que pienso contestar acá;

  • ¿Has probado la atención plena o la meditación? ¿Qué técnicas funcionan mejor para ti?

Por atención plena yo literalmente lo que entiendo es concentración y obviamente como lo dice la pregunta en sí la meditación creo que este estado que llamamos atención plena o meditación es lo más común que hago al menos una vez a la semana en estado de total concentración y conexión con la naturaleza porque de resto debemos identificar y saber diferenciar lo que es reflexionar y analizar de ese estado mental de calma que podemos realmente llamar meditación yo siento que medito esas tardes normalmente los fines de semana mientras riego las plantas o cuando disfruto el café de las tardes en la tranquilidad del hogar.


2.- ¿Cuáles son tus hábitos para mantenerte saludable a pesar de tener una agenda ocupada?

Las palabras hábitos saludables realmente como que no están en mi vocabulario presentes mi hábito más saludable es saber disfrutar de los pequeños momentos de la vida porque de resto he venido pensando últimamente lo muy importante que es la actividad física y lo mucho que ayuda a la salud y no solo la salud física también la mental hacer ejercicio o al menos algo de deporte hace que nuestros pensamientos fluyan de mejor manera y elimina el estrés de nuestro cuerpo permitiendo estar en ese estado de calma y conexión con nosotros mismos para yo tener un poco de lo que hablaba al principio paz mental reflexión y meditación utilizo técnicas de tejido creo que es lo más cercano que puedo decir que está de mi salud.
