Over the weekend I tried my hand at making one of my favourite Banchan (Korean side dishes)!
I went to a Korean grocer and I saw you could buy these seaweed noodles in a packet from the fridge!
I was so excited so I went to buy all the other ingredients needed and even bought extra for Gimbap so I could share the similar ingredients!
