APPLE VEGAN OPEN PIE

It's a vegan variant of a nice and easy apple dessert that tastes perfectly with any drinks.

To tell you the truth, I amn't a fan of doiing dough and moreover of rolling it out.
Rather often I fail so I don't like it;)

But some days ago I had a great wish to cook an apple pie.
The recipe wasn't complicated, so I tried.

I took:

  • some apples and plums
  • 200g of flour (oatmeal + whole wheat one)
  • 100g of avocado oil

  • 100g of WARM plant milk (or water can be used)
  • some sweetner (brown sugar or coconut sugar)
  • some baking soda
  • vanilla

I mixed them all and made dough. It was very soft and warm.
Then I put it into the fridge for 30 min.

Then the magic with rolling it out began.


We need to create not very thin and not very thick layer to keep apples inside.

The form can be different.
We put fruits in the center and fold the edges to it.

Then just 15 min in the oven was enough for them to be ready.

How tasty and soft it was!

It was a great recipe for our evening tea!
