Hello hive community and a pleasant day to all! I prepared chicken spinach curry, and this healthy curry is not only offers fibers and vitamins but also protein as well. This dish is easy to make and delicious. May it be ordinary or special day this dish is a favourite of my family.
Ingredients:
Chicken 800grms
Spinach 2-3 bunches
Onion 2 med.
Ginger, garlic & turmeric paste
Tomatoes 2pcs.
Fresh cream 3 tspn.
Cumin seed 1/4 tbsp
Fennel seed 1/4 tbsp
Coriander powder 1tspn
Chili powder 1 tspn
Turmeric 1/4
Garam masala 1/4 tbsp
Black pepper 1tspn coarsely ground
Salt
Methods:
Prepare and chopped necessary ingredients.
Heat some oil, splutter cumin & fennel seeds.
Add in onions, saute onions till well cooked.
Add in chili, ginger, garlic turmeric paste.
Add in tomatoes. Cooked tomatoes till mushy
Add in black pepper.
Add in coriander, chili, turmeric & garam masala powder. Mixed till well incorporated and masala are cooked.
Add in chicken pieces, coat well till all incorporated.
Add in 1cup of water. Simmer till meat are tender.
Meanwhile, immerse Spinach leaves in boiling water for 60 sec. Drain and puree spinach leaves.
Add in spinach puree to chicken, stir. Taste...add salt if necessary.
Add in fresh cream

Stir for few minutes. Then switch off flame.
Then it's ready. It's best accompanied with rice or flatbread.
