Dear all my friends..

Shrimp is one of our favorite food. MY sons are so keen to eat shrimp. When we cook shrimp we must peeling the skin and also removing the head, Of course this is done to get delicious shrimp meat without chewing the skin which tends to be tougher. After the prawns are peeled, all we have to do is fry them and throw the shrimp shells into the trash.

Stop throwing away shrimp shells and heads

In fact, if we are creative, we can also consume shrimp shells. As I do when frying shrimp, we also process the skin into delicious food. You can try it and the taste is not inferior to skinless shrimp.

This time I want to make crispy fried shrimp shells.

The taste of this fried shrimp skin is very crunchy. Although we also need to be a little careful so that the tip of the head does not pierce our tongue or lips.

Good Luck

Best regard from Indonesia.
