This is maybe one of the best cheat recipes I use often. All because I can improvise it the way I want it, it takes only 10 minutes to serve and it's super tasty.
We call it 'Egg Rice flour Pitha', some also called it Dosa Pitha. Because it's similar to Indian Dosa. The best thing is I can ensure some high protein and this recipe doesn't require any oil.

- Rice flour
- Egg
- Onion and chili slices
- Salt and turmeric powder
- Chicken keema or ground meat
Let me share the step-by-step recipe!
Add one cup of rice flour, one egg, some sliced green chili, and onion slices, turmeric powder (optional), and salt. I added a handful of chicken keema to enhance the flavor.
Mix, Mix, Mix!
Spray some oil on the pan and put the mix evenly. I made it medium thick. Some love to have crispy, thin dosa. You can make it as you want.
Flip the pitha over. Put a lid on and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
That's it. It's done in less than 10 minutes.
Now serve it with your favorite sauce or sides. I add some garlic and tomato sauce with some cucumber.
Doesn't it look good?
You can also add sugar with an egg, and some sweet sauce to serve it as a dessert. Also, if you like to make it spicy as I did, you can add tomato slices, capsicum, ground meat, or any other thing you want.
This is why I called it a cheat recipe because you can add anything you want and it will taste best. Enjoy it as a snack or even as your main dish with some sides. It's worth trying.
