Hello lovers of food and great chef in the community, I am writing here with outmost privileged and opportunity to be among great personalities in the community and share my little idea and knowledge on the recipe which i prepared this morning, I have been seeing lot of professional style on different type of recipe and the approach which most use for making their food. We have different style and way we do use to prepare a particular recipe and for me today i made spaghetti with fried stew even as a guy i am using a new style to prepare my own different from how i have been doing it before and this style really make lot of sense.
Ingredients which i used for making this recipe.
- pepper
- Red oil
- Maggi
- Onions
- Tomato satchet
- Salt
- Spaghetti
So i will be explaining the process one after the other through some steps. Starting with blending of pepper down before later frying it.
STEP 1.
The first thing i did was to prepare the spaghetti and what i first did was to boil the water then pour all the spaghetti in the pot, i didn't allow it to cook for too long so that it won't become sticky then what was necessary is that you make use of the sieve which is to remove the water from the spaghetti and make it look dry and nice to eat.
STEP 2.
During the process of sieving, apply cold water to the spaghetti so it won't hurt the hand while pouring in the sieve. Then we are done with the preparation of the spaghetti so we move to preparation of stew.
STEP 3.
Most people don't like preparing their stew with red oil so they prefer groundnut oil but for me i always use the two anytime one is not available i use the other.
• I poured the red oil in the pot for it to be heated and this will enable the stew to fry well
• After this, i poured the stew in the heated red oil
• Then i added the tomato satchet to it so the pepper won't be much and there will be conveniency when eating.
STEP 4.
I added the seasoning which are the maggi, salt, onions and other little things to spice up a stew. When all this were done, i left it covered to make the heat more so as to allow fast result and within short period it was all done for eating but i allowed it cool for a while before taking it.
You can see the final result above ready for consumption, it was really delicious trying this new style of cooking spaghetti because i don't use to introduce sieve before but now i use it and it is doing well.
