I'm back with a new homemade recipe.
I'll share my cooking recipe of a chicken pizza.
A pizza can be made with various ingredients and there are a lot pizza that's made with a very few ingredients. I made a chicken pizza this time but I could name this pizza as Beef Pizza or Mushroom Pizza or maybe vegetable pizza if I had use those things instead of chicken although I've used not just chicken but also mushroom and chicken sausage and etc. And I tried my best to make this pizza good in both taste and look and I think it's my best pizza that I made till now.
Note to be taken: This pizza was oven-baked without oils so it should be helpful but still I'd advise to eat salad as it's a very rich food.
Let's see how I made the chicken pizza at my home.
Ingredients & Steps to follow:
- Chicken
- Chicken Sausage
- Mushroom
First I chopped the chicken in small pieces and I didn't take any piece where there might be any bones. Then I chopped the chicken sausage and mushroom into small pieces. These ingredients are high in protein and the pizza will be real tasty for these. At the beginning of my making pizza, I used only chicken and now I use such various ingredients.

- Capsicum
- Green Chili
- Coriander Leaves
- Black Olive
- Onion
Then I chopped a tomato, part of a capsicum, some green chilies, some coriander leaves and an onion into small pieces. They needs to spice up the taste of the pizza and these vegetables are good for health as well.
And then I used some black olives and chopped them into small ring-shaped pieces. I used Rafael Salgado Sliced Black Olives that I bought earlier from a super shop. This olive is imported from Spain and I used this mainly for a better look of the pizza as I've seen big restaurants using this.

- Cheese
- Salt
- Yeast
- Garlic Powder
At first I made the yeast useable by adding some medium hot water with sugar. There I mixed 1 teaspoon sugar with 1 cup water and then I mixed 1 teaspoon yeast into that and then I left it waiting for around 15 minutes.
After around 15 minutes, I mixed the yeast with some garlic powder, salt and very small portion of oil and then I mixed all these with 1 cup flour and I left it as it was for around an hour.
After an hour, I looked into it and it was bigger in size and fluffy which means the yeast worked well. And I sliced some mozzarella cheese.

- Red Chili Powder
- Salt
Now it's time to work on the chicken pieces. Here I mixed the chicken with some pizza sauce, tomato sauce, lemon, red chili powder and salt. I mixed them well and then I fried them with small portion of oil. I fried them with low heat so that it doesn't get too fried.
And then it's time to start working on the main structure of the pizza.
There I used a pizza pan and smashed the prepared flour on it and I made a round shaped pre-bun and the pizza pan helped me with the shape as it was also round. Then I used a forked-spoon and I forked on the flour so that the sauces gets inside the bun and makes it tastier.
Then I used some pizza sauce and red chili sauce on the flour and then I used some slices of cheese
Then I used all other ingredients like the fried chicken, chicken sausage, tomato, capsicum, mushroom, green chili, coriander leaves, cheese, black olive, onion.
Then I left this inside the oven and I set the timer in 10 minutes with 800 microwave heating that I've tested okay for the pizza.
After around 5 minutes, I checked and saw the cheese melting, the flour getting fatter/bigger and other ingredients getting cooked.
And then after 10 minutes, I picked the pizza pan from the oven and it was ready. Then I sliced the pizza. I usually slice the pizza in 8 pieces but this time the pizza pan was smaller so does the pizza so I sliced it in 4 pieces.
After this, I served them with tomato ketchup and soft drinks and my homemade chicken pizza is ready to taste.
It was really tasty and delicious. The bun was soft and all the ingredients were cooked enough and the cheese melted perfectly.
I'd say it's a perfect pizza.
