Yooo hello my fellow hivers and all hive communities from around the world wherever you are. Come back with me, Jodi and Ema, on the blog of food and snack recipes that are very easy for you to make yourself at home without spending a lot of money or time. Happy weekend to all of you who are on vacation with your family, I hope your holiday is fun and fine. Thank you to all hivers who have supported my previous post, what do you think? Did you manage to make it? Give your feedback below this post. So, on this weekend, Ema and I will make Samosa again. Previously I have made chicken samosas, this time I will make samosas filled with vegetables. The method of making samosas this time is also very different from before and you can make them in no time. So, for those of you who are interested in this recipe, just look at the recipe below and I hope you succeed.
Well, the Ingridients you have to prepare are of course very cheap and simple. You can buy it at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredients you have to prepare are spring roll skins, potatoes, carrots, chickpeas, onions, shallots, garlic, spring onions, celery leaves, curry powder, flavoring, ground pepper, sugar, salt and sweet soy sauce. After you have prepared all the ingredients and seasonings for this recipe, now let's start with the first step.
The first step, what you have to do first is chop 1 carrot, 2 potatoes, enough celery leaves, 4 green beans and 1 leek. Chop everything until it's finished.
The second step, after you have chopped some of the ingredients from the previous step, then mince 1 onion, 3 shallots and enough chili. Finely chop everything until it's done.
The third step, after everything has been chopped until it's finished, then prepare a frying pan, put enough cooking oil, put all the onions and whites. Then, saute until the two onions are really fragrant over low heat.
Fourth step, after you have stir-fried until fragrant, then add all the potatoes, beans and carrots that you chopped before. Then, also add a little water and cook until the potatoes and carrots are soft over medium heat.
The fifth step, after the carrots and potatoes are cooked, then add some spices such as 1 tablespoon of curry powder, half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of sugar, half a teaspoon of pepper and half a teaspoon of flavoring. After that, cook and stir until the water shrinks over medium heat.
The sixth step, after you have cooked until the water has reduced, then add all the celery leaves and also the green onions. Then, cook and stir again until the celery leaves and leeks are well mixed.
Seventh step, after the celery leaves and leeks have been stirred until they are well blended, then what you have to do is prepare the basic ingredients to glue the spring roll skins together. Prepare a place, put 1 tablespoon of flour and enough water, then stir until the flour dissolves.
Eighth step, after the wet ingredients are finished, then prepare 1 spring roll skin, put enough vegetable filling and then fold the spring roll skin to resemble a triangle shape. Repeat this step until everything is done.
Ninth step, after all the spring roll skins have been filled with vegetable stuffing, then what you have to do is prepare a frying pan and heat the cooking oil first until the fried minuak is really hot. After the cooking oil is hot, put the spring rolls into the pan and fry until all sides are browned.
And finally, after everything has been fried, now you can serve this vegetable samosa for your family or friends. To make it more delicious, you can eat this samosa with sauce or cayenne pepper. So, what do you think? Pretty simple right? Give your feedback below this post. Thank you to all hivers and the community who have visited my post today. Don't forget to give your suggestions and support for me and Ema to be more enthusiastic about making the next recipe. See you and good luck.
