How to Make Spider Web Cake

Well, on this sunny Friday, Ema and I will share a unique recipe called spider web cake. In Indonesia, many people call this cake a spider web, why? maybe the shape of this cake is so similar to a spider web, so many people call this cake a spider web cake. Well, the ingredients you have to prepare to make this spider web cake are certainly very simple and you can buy all the ingredients for the recipe at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredients you have to prepare are wheat flour, cornstarch, rice flour, sugar, salt, eggs, cooking oil and milk. after you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step of making spider web cakes.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place and put 75 grams of flour, 37 grams of cornstarch, 37 grams of rice flour and 5 tablespoons of sugar. after that, stir the dry mixture until well blended using a whisk.

the second step, after the dry mixture has been stirred until well blended, then all you have to do is enter 90 ml of liquid milk and 1 egg. Then, stir again until completely blended and there are no more lumps of flour.

the third step, after you have kneaded the dough until it is well mixed and there are no more lumps of flour, then add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and 1 sachet of vanilla powder. after that, stir the dough again until the cooking oil and vanilla are well mixed.

the fourth step, after you have kneaded the dough again until it is well mixed, the next thing you have to do is prepare a triangular plastic or other clean plastic. then, put all the dough into the plastic and tie.

the fifth step, after all the dough has been inserted into the plastic triangle to completion, then all you have to do is prepare a clean frying pan and heat the pan until the pan is really hot on low heat only.

the sixth step, after the pan is really hot using low heat, then all you have to do is put the dough into the pan randomly like the photo above and cook using only a small amount.

the last step, after the dough has been cooked for a few minutes until the dough is brown, then roll the dough like the photo above. Repeat this step until all the dough is cooked and rolled.

and finally, after all the dough has been fried randomly to completion, now you can serve this spider web cake to your family and friends.
