So, on this weekend, Ema and I will share a recipe to accompany your weekend with your family. Sesame sausage bread is a very easy recipe for you to make yourself at home with makeshift ingredients and equipment. So, for those of you who are interested in this recipe, just go ahead and see the recipe below and good luck.
Well, the ingredients that you have to prepare to make this recipe are of course very simple and you can buy all the ingredients for this recipe at the nearest supermarket or market. The first ingredients you have to prepare are flour, mayonnaise, yeast, sesame, eggs, cheese, sausage, bolognese sauce, sugar, salt, powdered milk, margarine, liquid milk and bread cups. After you have prepared all of these recipes, now let's start with the first step.
The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place, put 20 tablespoons of flour, half a tablespoon of yeast, 1 tablespoon of powdered milk and 2 tablespoons of sugar. After that, stir in the dry ingredients until well blended.
The second step, after the dry ingredients have been stirred until well blended, then add 1 egg and liquid milk to taste. Then, knead the dough by hand until it is half smooth.
The third step, after the dough has been kneaded until it is half smooth, then add half a teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of margarine. Then, knead the dough again until it is really smooth or soft.
The fourth step, after the dough has been kneaded until smooth and soft, then let the dough rise until it doubles in size for about 1 hour depending on your room temperature.
Fifth step, while the dough is being allowed to double in size, then prepare some good quality sausages and cut the sausages into pieces like the photo above.
The sixth step, after you have cut the sausage into several pieces, then cut the dough into several pieces with the same weight and size. Then, round all the dough and let the dough rest for about 15 or 20 minutes.
Seventh step, after the dough has been cut and rounded until it's finished, then flatten the dough a little and sprinkle sesame seeds while squeezing the dough. Repeat this step until all the dough is finished.
Eighth step, after the dough has been flattened and sprinkled with sesame seeds until it's finished, then prepare the cup, put the dough in the cup, press the dough slightly in the middle using your thumb, put enough bolognes sauce and arrange enough pieces of sausage in the middle. Then, let the dough rest for another 30 minutes.
Ninth step, after the donuts have expanded from before, what you have to do next is put enough mayonnaise, chili sauce and grated cheese. If you have parsley, you can add enough parsley to make it prettier.
The last step, after all the dough is finished and ready to be baked, then prepare the oven and preheat the oven for a few minutes. After the oven is hot, put the baking sheet in and bake the mixture at 180 degrees Celsius, with fire up and down for 20 minutes depending on the oven you are using.
And finally, after going through the roasting process for 20 minutes, now you can serve this sesame sausage bun for your family or friends.
