So, on this sunny Tuesday, Ema and I will share a simple brownie recipe using the steamed method. There are so many methods you can use to make this type of brownie, starting from baking in the oven or Auben Marie. For those of you who are interested in these brownies, just look at the recipe below and I hope you succeed.
So, the ingredients that you have to prepare to make these brownies are of course very cheap and you can buy them at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredients you have to prepare are chocolate bars, cooking oil, vanilla powder, sugar, eggs, TBM, flour, nuts, chocolate paste and mold. After you have prepared all these ingredients, now let's start the first step.
The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a pan and heat the water first. Then, prepare a bowl and put 60 ml of cooking oil, 75 grams of chocolate bar and place it over the hot water. Stir and wait for the chocolate bar to melt for a few minutes.
The second step, after the chocolate has melted perfectly, then prepare a bowl, put 2 eggs, half a teaspoon of SP, 75 grams of sugar and 1 sachet of vanilla powder. Then, mixer until the dough turns white, expands and traces at full speed.
The third step, after the dough has whitened, expanded and traced, then what you have to do is add 80 grams of medium protein flour and enough chocolate paste. Then, mix the mixture for a while until it is well mixed and turns brown. If you don't have chocolate paste, you can use cocoa powder.
Fourth step, after the chocolate paste has been mixed until well mixed, then add the melted chocolate that you prepared earlier and stir using just a spatula until well blended. Make sure no flour settles to the bottom.
The fifth step, after the dough is finished, the next thing you have to do is prepare the mold, apply cooking oil into the mold and sprinkle enough peanuts into your mold.
The sixth step, after all the molds have been sprinkled with nuts, then slowly put the dough into the mold and don't get it too full, because when steamed the dough will expand. Repeat this step until all the dough has been put into the mold.
The last step, after all the dough has been put into the mold, now prepare the steamer and preheat it for a few minutes. After the steamer is hot, put the mold in and steam the mixture for about 30 minutes.
And finally, you can serve mini peanut bronis to your family or friends, this recipe can be your choice while on vacation, because the size of this broon is very small and you can take it anywhere.
