How to Make Japanese Milk Bread

Do you like it ? Give your feedback below this post. Well, this Monday I will share a bread recipe that is very soft, delicious, unique and also easy for you to make. This bread has a very soft texture and is certainly very suitable to be eaten while watching movies with the family. For you bread lovers, just look at the recipe and I hope you succeed in making it.

So, the ingredients that you have to prepare to make this recipe are of course very simple and you can buy them at the nearest supermarket or market to your home. The first ingredients you have to prepare are flour, sugar, full cream milk, eggs, salt, yeast, powdered milk, chocolate jam, margarine and some food coloring according to your wishes. After all the ingredients for this recipe are ready, now let's start.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place, put 20 tablespoons of flour, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of powdered milk and half a tablespoon of yeast. Then, stir in the dry ingredients until well blended.

The second step, after the dry ingredients have been stirred until well blended, then add 1 egg and enough full cream milk into the dry mixture. Then, knead the dough until the dough becomes half soft or smooth.

The third step, after the dough has been kneaded until it is half smooth, then add half a teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of margarine. Then, knead the dough again with your hands until the dough is really soft or smooth.

The fourth step, after the dough has been kneaded until smooth, then cover the dough with a cloth and let the dough double in size for 1 hour depending on your room temperature.

Fifth step, after the dough has doubled in size than before, then cut the dough into 4 parts and add coloring to 3 of the dough and leave 1 of the original colored dough. Then, knead the dough again until the dough changes color to your liking.

The sixth step, after some of the dough has been given the color you want, then cut all the dough with a weight of only 35 grams each. Then, round all the dough until it's finished. after that, let the dough relax for about 15 minutes.

Seventh step, after all the dough has been cut, then take the first dough that is rounded and flatten the dough a little. Then, put the chocolate jam according to your wishes. After that, round the dough again to cover the chocolate jam. Repeat this step until all the dough has been filled with chocolate jam.

The eighth step, after all the dough has been filled with chocolate jam, then prepare a baking sheet and lay it on parchment paper. Then, arrange the dough according to your wishes like the photo above. Then, cover the dough with a cloth and let the dough rise again for 1 hour.

The last step, after all the dough has been arranged into the tin, now prepare the ovrn and preheat the oven for 10 minutes. After the oven is hot, put the baking sheet in and bake the mixture at 180 degrees Celsius, with fire up and down for 25 minutes depending on the oven you are using.
