Do you like it ? Give your feedback below this post. Well, on this sunny Sunday, Ema and I will share another snack recipe for all of you, this recipe is called spring roll fried stuffed with aci. Surely you are wondering about Aci, aci is a dough made from starch and processed with other ingredients. The aci texture is a little more chewy and unique for those of you who rarely find food like this. Take it easy, the method of making this recipe is also very simple and anyone can do it in a short time. So, for those of you who are interested in this recipe, just take a look at the recipe below until it's finished and I hope you like it. Good luck Hivers.
Well, the ingredients you have to prepare are certainly very simple and cheap, you can buy all the ingredients for this recipe at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredient you have to prepare is the ready-made spring roll skin, tapioca flour, sugar, salt, green onion, red chili, cayenne pepper, onion, garlic, pepper powder and flavoring. After you have prepared all these ingredients, now let's start the first step of making this recipe.
The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a bowl and put 15 tablespoons of tapioca flour or starch, half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of sugar, half a teaspoon of ground pepper and half a teaspoon of seasoning. After that, stir the dry mixture until well blended using a whisk only.
The second step, after you have kneaded the dry dough until well blended, then all you have to do is add enough mineral water to the dry mixture and stir until there are no lumps of flour. Then, set the dough aside.
The third step, after the dough is finished and set aside, the next thing you have to do is prepare 4 cloves of red onion, 4 cloves of garlic, enough red chili, enough cayenne pepper and 1 leek. After that, slice all the scallions and clean all the chilies and onions until they are done like the above photo.
The fourth step, after you have prepared some ingredients that you have to slice and clean, then prepare enough sausage and cut the sausage into small pieces like the photo above. You can use smoked seeds or shredded chicken according to your wishes.
The fifth step, you have prepared the sausage pieces, then all you have to do is prepare a blender and put all the onions and garlic, then red chili, cayenne pepper and enough water. After that, blend until smooth.
The sixth step, after you have smoothed a few ingredients as I explained earlier, then prepare a frying pan and put enough cooking oil and all the spices that you have finely blended. After that, cook and stir-fry all the spices until the spices are fragrant over medium heat.
The seventh step, after you have stir-fried all the spices and stirred until fragrant, the next thing you have to do is put all the sausages that you have cut into pieces and the sliced scallions that you have prepared. After that, cook and stir again until well blended.
The eighth step, after the sausage and sliced scallions have been mixed well, then put the flour mixture that we previously set aside into the pan. After that, cook and stir continuously until it becomes a chewy aci dough with only low heat.
The ninth step, after you have stirred continuously until it becomes aci, then prepare the spring roll skin and place it on a plate, after that put enough aci dough on the spring roll skin and then roll it up to cover the aci. Don't forget to glue the spring roll skin using a flour solution.
The ninth step, after all the spring roll skins have been filled with aci until finished, then all you have to do is prepare a frying pan and put enough cooking oil into the pan. Then, heat the cooking oil until the cooking oil is really hot.
The last step, after the cooking oil is really hot, the next thing you have to do is put one by one the spring roll skins that have been filled with aci and then fry all the spring rolls until all sides of the spring roll skin are brown in color over medium heat.
And finally, after you have fried all the spring rolls to completion, now you can serve these fried spring rolls filled with aci to your family and friends. Well, so that the fried spring rolls filled with aci are more delicious, you can add cayenne pepper or chili powder. What do you think ?
